I hardly doubt you would profit from PTC's on PTP.Go for traffic exchanges only.I think he is gonna count Unique visits/24 hour.Still its had to retain that rates.

How long must the visitors stay on the site?  20 seconds?  Or is that only for traffic exchanges?

Because I could easily just go to http://www.cashcamel.net and buy their advertising, that's guaranteed profit for me   As well as most other PTC sites if I were to buy in bulk.

And do you accept autosurfs as well? Keep in mind PTP systems can be abused easily and you have to control that.
