I'm in a phase of finalizing a tailor-made CMS. Will post links to examples of it very soon.

Briefly, here are the features:
 - Fully multilingual
 - Drag & Drop editor based on templates : You can drag & drop elements where you can in the articles editor. You can after that edit the texts inside with a rich text editor
 - Categories management
 - Menus management
 - Shop : VAT per country / Automatic shipping costs calculated depending on country and weigth or number of items / Stock management
 - Multi-group ACLs
 - On request (0.01 more per day) : video on demand module : make money with you video content (adult content for example) by offering a per-per-view or a monthly fee membership.
 - Payment gateways : HiPay (credit cards) / Paypal / Wire transfer / Bitpay / More on request

Everything is based on well known frameworks (bootstrap, jquery, jquery-ui, CakePHP), HTML 5 validated, Reponsive design and All-Access ready.

The price per month is 0.3 BTC for the CMS and Hosting, 99.99% SLA, unlimited space and bandwidth. Pricing includes setup & configuration and a default template.

If you want another layout, two options:
   - Integration and small customization of one of the https://wrapbootstrap.com/ templates : 2 BTC
   - Custom design : on request

As said above, the CMS is actually in a beta phase and will be release within the next weeks. If you are interested, I can show you some samples / screenshots.
