Open up a text editor in tails and type one of the passwords into it. It'll show you what you have typed so that you can see if the password is what you intended to type.

Not your keys, not your coins!
1 . I installed electrum some months ago in tails to create  some wallets (some ones with  password and others without password)
The easiest way for you to solve this issue, is recovering your wallet with its mnemonic seed.

Import your wallet mnemonic seed to your computer, and you will recover your wallet successfully.
How to back up a seed phrase.
Creating your Electrum wallet.
Choose I already have a seed, and type your seed, then password (it can be a new password) and finish your wallet recovery.

Restoring your standard wallet from seed.

The only possible explanation is that during the wallet creation process because you were creating multiple wallets with multiple passwords, you made mistakes. It could be something as simple as entering an uppercase letter as lowercase when encrypting but entering it as uppercase when decrypting (ie. not pressing shift key properly).

Your only option is to either recover those wallets using your mnemonic(s) or try to brute force the password(s).

3. When  i try to access electrum in tails , it is not possible to access no wallets (with  or  without password) : "invalid Password ", even if it is correct or the wallet has not password !
Concerning the wallets that did have password, please ensure that your Caps Lock isn't turned ON when it wasn't supposed to be and also check the Localization of the keyboard. If you boot Tails and choose a different keyboard than the one you've used for the password creation (specially if it has special characters), this error is bound to happen as well.

1 Do Password in tails and in windows have to be the same?
No, not necess. You can set a different password for your wallet on each device. The password is used to encrypt your wallet file on that device.
However, if you import an ecrypted wallet file into another device, you will need the same password to open it then you can change it later.

2 How do you explain" incorrect password " to access wallets created WITHOUT  password?
If your wallet is not protected with a password then Electrum will open it directly without asking you to type one. You either set a password for that wallet and forgot about it or you are trying to open the wrong wallet.

No you don't need to have the same password for your wallets on different devices, OS or on the same ones. It doesn't change anything to your keys and your addresses actually. You will still be able to access them thanks to your seed.
You shouldn't get this message if you haven't put a password onto your wallet. That's surprising.

You have probably forgotten your passwords. That could be the only reason. I am using Windows 11 and no such problem. If the password is correct, you will be able to access the wallet.

If you are the owner of the wallet, you will have the seed phrase. As OmegaStarScream posted already, you do not need password to restore your wallet. Only what you need to access your coins is seed phrase (+passphrase if included).

In Windows, are you using the same wallets as the one you have on Tails? Using the same wallet in two different devices should not be an issue, but I'm just asking to understand if you restored the wallets using the seedphrase? If so, then you could just use that again to restore all of your wallets in Tails. You won't need any passwords in that case.
