Putin should have mentioned that Biden is a creepy and disgusting kiddie groper and anyone who can use the Internets can verify this.

Biden is just trying to look though. I don't think he has any interest in a direct confrontation with Russia.

Exactly, it's just posturing. Russia in the Ukraine and China in Taiwan are both testing the new president out, seeing how far they can push him. There is no appetite for direct conflict between superpowers, or an expensive foreign war.

The Russia/China parallels are quite striking, their strongman attitudes, the way they present their respective annexations as 'internal' matters. But it's a balancing act, they both know they can't push too far... it's just a matter of determining what they can get away with... which I would imagine is quite a lot.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday mocked his US counterpart Joe Biden, escalating a war of words between the two world leaders.

Putin said “it takes one to know one” after Biden, a day earlier, said he thought the Russian leader was a “killer”.

Biden is just trying to look though. I don't think he has any interest in a direct confrontation with Russia. The whole world is still suffering from the corona pandemic. We all need time of peace to grow and prosper again. Ukraine looks like a stalemate at the moment. Any new military actions in the regions would be wrong.

Seems we don’t get this thing, have we forgotten so quickly that Putin has been in power when Obama/Biden was in office until Biden came back Putin knows them all and moreover they know him too . I have said it before these people know themselves and all what they’re doing.
The Russian government and president always sees his United States counterpart as a rival it has been like that for decades, nobody can change it. The battle for supremacy who emerges the world power has been Russian sole aim that’s why they partner with  the Chinese government just to bring down the United States, forgetting the fact that the United States is the last world power. No country can take that from them.

Let us not deceive ourselves, it is quite difficult to be in power and not get your hands dirty in one way or the other, Russia and the United States have always been in a battle to flex supremacy and i am not surprised.
