This year has been a roller coaster ride so far, and mostly downhill. I have been trading less and less, not experienced enough to make money in these kind of bear conditions. Still trying to pick up some bargains here and there, but looking at longer term holds instead of quick turn overs. Once the market stabilises for an extended period of time, then I will get back to more regular trading. Hoping by September we will see a steady upward trend, before some real gains next year. Till then, it's a waiting game.

This is actually the key time to maximize your profit. Take advantage of this instability and market dip. Since you believe that the price will start to go back towards the green by September, then why are you holding back? Keep investing small amount and as the price starts to go down more, start investing more until it reaches its peak falling point. That's is when you with hold it or start selling in smaller amount to cash out your profit!

Your approach is good since you are taking advantage of the current market behaviour.

Since there are only few coins who makes some pumps during the bear market (on which some of them might not be hold by others), then we can't really expect much profits especially for those who are not comfortable to do short term trades. So turned this bearish movement into an advantage by taking the ride and buying the dips.

What is the price range of that "buy the dips"? That will be now the assignment for everyone.

Even just these past 3 months were already too unpredictable. Day trading is just too risky for these huge fluctuations and quick movements. Even for ethereum, it was $400 on the 1st week of April, then $800 on the 1st week of May, now were back on $400+. Some people had probably been lucky to benefit from these and doubled their money in such a short time.

I don't trade, I just invest, but sometimes this can be very stressful. There was a period where I was just mentally exhausted, so with high hopes to my current investments, I just went away for a few months. life was much better during that time.

Traders may need to stop trading in a bear market. While holding is more profitable than trading in the long term, trading offers short term big gains but it is very hard.

I think this could be a good thing for us all. I'll won't look at my portfolio for a couple of weeks at least, hold all my coins (will not sell at these prices). We'll all wait and see what tomorrow brings to us.

Are you a day-trader? Look, being a trader is no cheesecake. It is hard and that is how it should be. If you find it easy, well be ready to get scammed and bamboozled.

Sure taking some time off, is very healthy but this looks you're giving up. You need to know what is going on in the markets and you should make wise decisions. You need to be active 24/7 if you're a trader, because you never know what will happen. I have been saying this for a while now and I will say again, " A good trader knows how to earn profits even when the markets crash". This may not be the stock market where you can manipulate the prices like shit, but in crypto, you have to make smart choices, profit in the long run. Your goal should be profit maximization and how to do that, it is up to you and it will be your test.

Trading is good ideas but before start and invest you know the all process. So trading is not easy to use and not easy to get profit. Time is important is important of this process. So time to buy and sell. But before buy the any coin. First choose the best coin. If want more coin list and coin price information check the market place then choose and start the trading process. All coin price is time to change. So time is important. So complete the work on time.

agree with you, right now the market is not very stable and it is very risky to do a trade. i also already lose a lot of my money since last 3 month with doing a trade. perhaps i will wait until the market stable.

If you are a good trader you know the right time to invest in crypto but day traders are still earning this platform because they are all well knowledged peoples in this community. It is the best time to invest in short term trading but you are stay away in trading investment so definitely you are not fit in this platform.
