I think the Joker style of lipstick is perfectly suited for the look of a crazy girl.

As far as getting other tattoos I think the most important thing to consider is the artist. After watching 3 seasons of 'Ink Master', I can say this with confidence. A great artist will always do great artwork, but a poor artist will never do justice to even the greatest art design. Research your tattoo artists and their portfolios well before you commit to one.
