Based on the community's curiosity, here are some of the doubts that need to be addressed.

Q1: Synchronizing wallet isn't as smooth as we expect, what are the main factors to this chaotic syncing and what are the proposed resolutions to solve this problem.

Q2: How do you plan on integrating IFPS in the POT protocol considering the size of Blocks is quite small and limited? Supposedly, IPFS integration requires a stable p2p medium that will sometimes also store a specific amount of data.

Q3: Do you have the progress already in the IPFS integration? If yes, is there is any viewable repository for it?

Is that even possible?

of course it is possible! your "smart phone" like a computer has a CPU that is capable of performing the same functions that are required for cryptographic hash functions and that is what you do in mining, you perform a hash function repeatedly to find a correct result.
I agree POT is new thing to most of crypto enthusiasts, imagine for 10 years of Blockchain we never had such a thing in real world,  it's first time emerging so many ppl will think its totally impossible for TAU to achieve this milestone, but only time and our tech will reveal that everything is possible under the sun.

Mining Tau is not like mining bitcoin, it was even called harvesting rather than mining, the CPU (hardware) and staking power aren't really relevant, that's why it is possible to "mine" Tau on mobile devices.

I've been with taucoin for quite a while now and their mobile mining tech is really quite undervalued. Crypto people are so used to mining btc with chips and high energy usage that they forgot to "think outside the box" to solve this problems. Well others may say, well, ETN has done it before, to no success. What makes taucoin better?

It does so mean that you studied ETN and decided to fo for it since it's "supposed" mobile mining isnt really what it says it.

Moreso, taucoin has started the experimental stage. Lots of new codes to make. Lots of errors to fix.

I think the real threat to taucoin's mobile mining is the cpu usage it will have in the long run. And of course the speed of transactions.

In TAUcoin, mobile mining is defined as a hashing process on combined blockchain history and miner public key associated with transactions recorded on chain. It shares the same nature in bitcoin hashing, but mining power is generated from the transaction history rather than chips hashing strength or staking coins. This is a new consensus in exploration and still early to see its full potential. However, the experimental facts collected so far proves that it consumes insignificant computation and bandwidth. Proof of transaction(POT) mobile mining according the white paper is able to establish internal transaction market for all participants by including three types of block rewards. The needs of mobile mining derive from the lack of infrastructure in most part of the developing world and urgent needs of un-banked population. This is the "first contact" for those population to feel permission-less banking and trust-less verification experience at the same time through POT crypto currency.

the real question is whether it is wise to mine with a phone?
and the answer is obviously no! because smart phones aren't designed to be under heavy pressure like this and do tedious tasks for long periods of time. the overheating and the way you would lower the lifespan of your device is not worth the reward.

ps. although it seems like this coin is not exactly mining, what it does is more like "staking" while they call it mining!!!

Over one month and 2 weeks now, TAU MainNet is up and running with the team busy in focus to make real mobile mining happen in real life, yeah as of now early miners are taking advantage, having nearly 400k wallet accounts. Technical questions based on TAU mobile mining are welcome, read the short article below to understand how you can take part in this AMA like discussion but only based in technical part.

https://medium.com/@zi_90636/taucoin-tech-discussion-q-a-3eeae4c0f42c

Also feel free to drop your question here, it will be picked and all Q&A will be compiled and feedback will be given here, together with in all of TAU's social media platforms, once or twice per month by CEO.

Next step:
° Stabilizing/Optimizing Mobile Mining Wallet
° IPFS native integration
° Server less wallet

Let's discuss TAU tech all together and be part of this new community in Blockchain space.
Is that even possible? Unless maybe it depends on the kind of phone the user is making use of. Based on what I know already, mining with mobile has to do with combining a lot of mobiles and mining through them, even hackers have been doing that… They hack into users phones and then connect them all to mine cryptocurrency. The last time I tried to mine Bitcoin with my phone, the next thing I know the phone heats up and stops operating… luckily I was able to switch it off and restarted the phone. From that day I vowed never to try such a thing again. My phone is an Android with a 2Gb RAM, and 5000 mAh battery.
