This statement sounds a lot like you are making the case for Zeroxal to pay up Lauda's extortion payment, which adds credence to you being a conspirator to Lauda's extortion attempt.

Today is the 20th of January 2017. I, and a group of coin collectors have been running a deep investigation on the user Zeroxal due to his unusual behaviour regarding the acquisition and origin of funds that he has recently admitted to being in control of.

Should any funds be acquired via this message, a mutual agreement will be made amongst the 'investigators' as to what shall be done with the funds. Under no circumstances will Lauda (or any other user) use these funds for personal gain. In the case of the required information not being rehanded over to the other investigators, the public and/or proper authorities when required, the user Lauda will be guilty of voiding the agreement with Tman and other investigators. By extension, they will therefore be guilty of extortion.

the extortion message was a ruse to save us time - it failed.. so the investigators worked through the night instead.

Just be clear, me and lottomax weren't that of a partner. I was an investor of his investment too. Don't want to bring up those posts too? It was basically me investing and getting 30% out of it. I decided to offer that to bitcointalk, but immediately shut it down after lottomax had suspicious activity. He was pretty unavailable and I have not talked to him too much or at all, the invested funds were just sent back a few days after with 30% profit.
Well report that to the police if you wish. As I have not done any criminal activity by stating interest into something. I never hacked a single instagram account or used a single botnet.
