It is the board of a friend , I manage it. It has 3 GTX 1060 3 Gb from Gigabyte. Now I am being told it runs for 1 hour or several hours and then nicehash stops responding. I will try gen1 and also I have to update to 1709 in Windows and also to latest driver. Will try all of these and report back today or after a few days depending on my time, although I will try to fix a few things via teamviewer , updating to latest 1709 of Windows 10 and latest GPU driver.

Still no TDR Video Failure anymore.
Hope your machine is good now Smiley

Well not good as I wanted, it crashes in Zcash and Ethereum with the same error, "unknown cuda mine fatal error". However when mining Lyra2rev or LBRY which are run by the CCminer tprivot in Nicehash it is running stable since Tuesday I believe until now. Based on such situation I am blaming Nicehash excavator miner as the main problem since with this other miner is working correctly from a few days. I am mining only Lyra2rev now which profitability is just a bit lower compared to Zcash or Ethereum.

I had a problem yesterday with TDR Video Failure error and the nvidia.sys was the crash. I read on the internet on how to fix it, all internet was telling me that it is because of overheating problems or because of driver error. Well to me it appeared it was because the PCIE slots were not getting enough power and I switch them back to Gen 3 from Auto. Motherboard Biostar TB250 PRO BTC.

Just wanted to add this fix, in case you encounter this problem.
Which GPU are you using?? try updating latest driver from https://www.geforce.com/drivers

can you test gen1 and see if that fixes it too
I have experienced a lot of unexpected issues while running it in gen2 or gen3
