Team members get paid periodically in ALP premine for coming up with marketing strategies, troubleshooting node issues, keeping our socials active and acting as a middleman between developers & investors. To maintain your role as an ALP team member, you must be available at a PC at least a few hours a day. Every month developers will review the activity of each team member and bonuses will be allocated for people that have dedicated the most effort to growing the coin.
Moderators are paid bonuses spontaneously. The Alpha mods are expected to do the same as team members, but the payroll is not fixed. As an ALP mod you do not need to spend a fixed amount of time everyday, however are expected to at least show evidence of work in growing the community.
To summarize, Mod bonuses are granted purely on performance, whilst Team Members are paid a fixed amount of ALP each month.
