for me i check the idea of the project, the token utility and competition.
i check also the team members to be sure that there is no scammers behind the project.

Both are very important aspect of a good ICO.
But Experienced team is more important than concept.
Personally i see who are the backers or advisors of the Ico.It says lots of things.

Both play a key role in the success of the project. I personally do prefer to look at the concept critically. I like it when i see a project with a new concept that can solve human problems or a project that can improve more on an existing concept to solve a problem.
I would say that team is more important. Even having a good concept and well developed whitepaper and roadmap it worth nothing withough a well experienced team, who it dedicated to their project. So a team is a 60% of project success!
i think both of thwo is great to become a success in this world
what do you choose before investing in ICO either looking at the TEAM of the project or concept of the project...
