You competence is very wide from crypto ATM - rental electric cars - to innovative in building. That's not good sign in my opinion. For me that means the project does not know what it wants. It's a polish project? Where is location?
Yes it is wide but You are thinking about big concern and corporation with hundreds of devices and cars.
We want to build model like chain:
5 ATM farms ->> than 3 cars fleet ->> copy the system in next locations (or country) ->> copy it again ->> (2020-2021 build prototypes of building not massive production,in 3rd phase which it calls real estate innovation we want show to the world our proposition not conquer the market)
In that shape of buisness its not look so complicated in technological proccess because we wan to prepare phase - implement phase - improve phase THAN start with next phase not, like all activities toegheter at one time before we not finish improvemenet model.
