LOL it's fine, it's one of those things you can't do anything about really no matter how good a company is, I just got through to someone else and I think immediately they've seen the problem.

tell me about it, i got ATT wireless service, and i can't understand what tech support is saying half the time.

i'm gonna go ahead and post a shameless plug for my webhost, Namecheap. Customer support is knowledgeable and helpful. even when my order got screwed up on my hosting bill they fixed it and disregarded the erroneous invoice. been pretty impressed with them thus far. sorry to hear you're having trouble.

There's always one isn't there? Even with a fairly good company there's always one or two pillocks that just won't read what you're writing, pretend to know everything or do the classic tech support thing of placing the blame on someone else, it's normally pretty damn easy to get an issue resolved with a certain webhost I'm with right now but I've come across this guy who is absolutely convinced I know nothing and I need to stop changing my file permissions to 777 in order to test out scripts that are hidden.

Feel free to rant here if you've also been having to deal with frankly dumb support staff lately Cheesy
