Basically Tx 2 3 4 is a clusterfuck / chain of unconfimed parents. you need https://blockchain.info/tx/0cb8073e615db7ad0ce16eebb131dea490b611b881b3788bb5387493f240d6cc to confirm before tx 2 before tx3 before tx 4. If using electrum and you have child pays for parent enabled. Right click the tx 7242bcd7ec30349c59bc179fb88c0b05daa7444cb4e1da844061adf861bdea81 , select CpP and it should show you the fees needed with a slider, if you are urgent slide to the most rightmost fee. If using other wallets, maybe someone else more experienced can help you.
As for tx 1, the same way for Child Pays for parents apply, a replace by fee tx might also work

This is my problem: I have 4 transaction unconfirmed (5day), I want to know if I can make a new transaction with a high fee or I have to wait for the unconfirmed transactions success,
In other words: the transactions are independent? or they go one behind eachother?

Great choice. , I do not want to use blockchain anymore You can move to an Electrum wallet if you wish. Just remember to memorise all the seed. If not, if you want to move your unconfirmed funds and ensure that it confirms within a reasonable period of time, click advanced send and use a high fee. The high fee will entice miners to confirm the whole chain of unconfirmed transactions.

depends on what wallet you are using, some wallet won't let you spend the unconfirmed inputs but in some wallets you can spend it.
if there is coin control feature on your wallet, you can spend the confirmed inputs (not from the unconfirmed transaction) thus it will be independent from others
here is an example, hopefully you will get it
your address recieved 10 inputs which 4 of them is unconfirmed, you can use (spend) the 6 inputs (no matter how much it is) and it will be independent from others but if you spend 7 inputs or more (ofcourse atleast 1 unconfirmed transaction will be used) then it will be dependent on the unconfirmed transaction

If you are spending from an output of either of the transactions, your new transaction will have to wait for the earlier transaction to confirm. If not, then you are fine. This can be tricky to do depending on your client. Some wallets have coin control and allows the users to select inputs to use. What wallet are you using?

you can spend the unconfirmed inputs from those unconfirmed transactions but now with a high fee, miners will need to confirm those 4 transactions if they want to get the fee of the child transaction
