What is your problem issue with Electrum wallet? can't you open it with your seed phrase, password or private key? You didn't even show a picture or a screenshot.

Also, if you are going to take it with a screenshot, of course do not include the seed or private here because later on you will be able to include it because then it will be a big problem. Besides, what did you use android or desktop or laptop?

If the Next button remain grayed out after entering the seed, this means it's invalid (the checksum doesn't match).
You either didn't enter all the twelve words or you made a typo when typing one of the words. There is also a chance you made a typo when copying the seed generated by Electrum.
If I understood your post correctly, then this is a new wallet that you've never used, if this is true then just abandon it (in case you mde a mistake when backing up the seed), generate a new one and try again.

Pro tip: During that "Confirm Seed" step, Electrum will show you possible words while you're typing.
If you've typed enough letters and there's no list of words presented, chances that there's a typo is high.
It'll only take two to three characters to see a list of possible word.

With that, check if you're typing any word incorrectly by checking if Electrum can't auto-fill the remaining characters.
I'd also suggest to just pick from the selection of word instead of typing all the remaining characters to lessen the chances of typographic errors.

Be careful of people who will send you emails asking for your help or send them seeds, they are scammers.
Try to present your problem here publicly, as everyone will fear for his reputation if he tries to scam you.

If English is not your first language, post in local boards.
It seems that you entered one of the words incorrectly, check it correctly and it will work for you.

Double check the spelling and the spaces between each word. And verify if the words matched the electrum wordlist.

Either the seed phrase is not correct or it is BIP39 seed phrase. As BitMaxz commented already, after you paste in your seed phrase as needed on Electrum wallet, you will need to check BIP39, if you do not check it, you will not be able to go to the next step of importing the seed phrase.

Did you generate the seed phrase from BIP 39 wallet? Or you generated it from Electrum wallet?

Be careful to take a screenshot of your issue and make sure the seed backup is not included on the screenshot.

Do you mind telling us where the seed phrase was generated? If it was from other wallets you might need to enable BIP39 on Electrum to proceed to the next step.

Could you post a screenshot or explain what the issue is? The wallet should ask you to encrypt your wallet as a final step.

If the "next button" is still greyed out after you type your seed, it means you've made a typo somewhere.
