Unlikely, because they're still being assembled and shipped by TB. He did mention that he was willing to have them shipped directly from TB to you, but as always this is a trustless game and everyone should be careful.

I am from Serbia,but I think u can go directly to technobit and take them..one more day before shipping,after that,it is unprofitable for u if I send them from here(because of tax and shipping)..
