My question is if he is good tipster provider then he will not ask just $15 for a month instead demand more subscription amount. He said that on daily basis around 3 to 10 tips means around 90 to 300 tips in a month. I feel the work required to analysis so many matches too much and the price is too less.

You should give us proof that you really have good prediction about this, more over it is pretty good odds you got there(around 2+). I doubt if you can keep this again and again, and yet you charge for $15 instead of doing the bet by yourself.
