- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and manage online community activities to boost brand awareness and customers involvement
- Measuring and analyzing what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the implemented activities

Job requirements and key competencies:
- Experience in community management
- Tactically aware – knowledgeable about what’s going on in fintech/DeFi/blockchain industry
- Highly organized
- You should be able to independently formulate arguments in response to queries of our social media audience

Basic qualifications:
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills (English)
- At least 2 years of community management experience
