If this is true then i think it is worth the risk to join on this ICO. Telegram is a very well know social app that is used worldwide and it is one of the main social app that is very useful in cryptocurrency.
Wow does telegram really doing an ICO right now? i have been waiting for the ICO to start but it seems there are no official statement from telegram so this could be another fake news,If telegram has started their own network the news could easily spread but i didnt heard anything from telegram.
