I am considering negative trust on your account. Basically, you adds more people to any groups when they don't want to join, I've been added to a number of groups I don't like, which annoys us. So if anyone confirms that your service is good for them, I will eliminate your negative trust. Just to make sure that your service is more socially necessary than the discomfort it causes

I can not believe what the OP said might be from the many average telegram groups, all the contents of the bot with lots of ads appearing, so whatever the offer, everyone knows that the telegram still has many active bots.
Lol, your quoting the old message which is unrelevant to reply now but anyways just to answer your assumptions it's possible to lure those real users specially if OP do some giveaways and airdrops. But if the one he do is automatic addition and sending it those bull random messages to the real users is I think not relevant for me to believe that real users will come since In my experience I automatically block and click report those users who sends me a random message on telegram.

Are you the developer of telegram? Is there any valid proof to show that like news information or shared source code info such like that. We can understand your service but the way you have introduce yourself smells not true.
One more thing you must need to gain the name and rank from here to show your potential then only people started believe you. Else come up with escrow from this forum and show your service charges and etc...
