Ive encountered a lot of these vampires on telegram. This is usually happened when youre in a large exchange group asking or inquiring about transaction or any certain topic. I remember when I am inquiring on Binance and suddenly someone PM me, introducing the same concept like what you posted but of course I know them and what are they trying to push.
Good thing to post it here, so a lot can be aware of this kind of method by scammers. No one can be fool out of this, if their just not entertaining strangers.

Basically some old screenshot of some wallet that has 10 ETH, but all the AGE of transactions blacked out, and if you look closely, ETH price is listed as over $600, LOL. Hasn't been like that in a LONG time
