I don't have a project but what do you think of pictures that I have and just turning it into a telegram sticker? I have initial stickers of my dog but I want it to be HD and complete. Do you also have this kind of rate?

OP is actually talking about stickers when you search "Telegram vector" stickers that are pre-made related to a project. I have been into a lot of projects but I don't have any idea how the stickers were made but when I google it now telegram vector I was like oh! stickers made only for a specific project.
