Spam service. But you are filtering spam LOL. Do you think you are demanding a high price for spamming? How forum users could trust you? Are you going to accept payment in BTC? You haven't mentioned it in your thread. If not BTC payment then move your thread into the altcoin service section. Otherwise, moderators would move. This service section is only for BTC Payment.
Also, update your thread either you want to use escrow from the forum during dealing? Because there is a chance of being a scam. If any spammer wants to buy your service must be careful.

I use spam filters, and I know telegrams daily limits, so no risky with me.

It is a great service while you will add 1000 people who are not aware about the group where you will add also majority of the account holder will not be interested of the service but those are spam free!!!!
