Till now I have faced several issues both in sportsbooks and on casinos. At the casino the first time they made me a loser as I clicked mistakenly on 2 instead of 1.5 as I wanted to bet 1/2 of my ast bet but I became a loser and placed 2-times bet I mean a double bet which made me a loser for it.

Recently, I've read some comments about the KYC problem that was triggered because the user was suspected of cheating. Among the popular reasons are the violation of their TOS, which includes multi-accounting. As a gambler, if you find yourself in this situation and the casino has accused you of this but you are certain you didn't violate their rules, what should you do? How will you handle the situation if, as a result of this accusation, the casino closes your account and forfeits your funds? This is just one of many possible reasons. If you have encountered other problems, please share them and your solutions for dealing with them.
If there are regulatory bodies who gets to regulate the activities of these gamblers, they should be reported especially if you were able to keep screen shots and records of the times the account was functional and there are records to prove the fact that you are truly innocent and probably didn't defaulted i their rules and probably it a mistake or a wrong action against your account, that way you will be able to recover the funds but in the long run, you will be able to make up a case against them and get your money back and they will be sanctioned according to the provision of the law in the region that regulates the

how would he fool you, there is no way to do that if you win fair and square!

Most casinos are fully custodial platforms hence there are plenty of ways to do it. The easiest would probably be to block the withdrawals and ignore every plea from the player in question.

They could also make up excuses to null the winnings. For instance, initiate a KYC for "suspicious activities" but reject every submission until the player rage quits.

Just on top off my head lol.

I'm curious though, how could one cheat online?  Also , what does having two accounts do, I don't see how either of these things are even possible.
If I'm not mistaken, I have read several posts on this forum and fraud committed by users, for example misuse of affiliate bonuses or other things, but I don't know any more about every case of people on gambling sites, sometimes there are various problems and I don't know. can explain in detail, but in many cases on gambling sites that we encounter on the accusation board, we don't know whether they made a mistake in violating the TOS or it was indeed the casino that was trying to make it difficult for users to withdraw their money.

Cheating on referral is not popular anymore since the rewards is based on rakeback unlike before which depends on the deposit of the invites.

The possible cheating when using 2 account is the abused of bonuses since the cheaters can claim multiple times until they managed to win huge using the bonus reward. Also some users do arbitrage bets to abused the cashback offer of the casino. Imagine betting both sides using 2 account then the lose account received cashback from the lose amount while in reality it just go to the other account so he pocket an easy profit from cashback.

There’s a lot of other cheat using multiple account that involves bonuses.

I also think that it may not seem profitable to create multiple accounts at a casino but other people can do it meaning they have a reason for it because of money, it is impossible for them to create multiple accounts just to have fun of course it will just be a waste of time and frustrating but I think they cheat online for sure for money not more than that, as I said abuse by users will usually get their account flagged by the casino site and it may be frozen too.

No other choice but to comply and provide the things they would be asking and move to other platform afterwards if their rules won't make you comfortable. There's no other solution I guess given in the situation that your funds are at risk of being held. It is either you will comply or just forget about the funds that will be forfeited. This happens because of their security measures and accusations are not certain in the first place, and in most instances. You just have to clear yourself from these rules. Well yes unfortunately there are instances that no explanation saves a gambler from such accusation and that with this, the only way to cope is to move on. Reporting the instance in communities would help others to stay away from the platform but it still won't give your money back from doing so. Also the reason why I don't move often especially if I'm doing good already with a platform 'coz there are many platforms implementing such measures that creates inconvenience with gambling activities. Choose the right platforms.

Peace be with you!
Depending on how big is the account is because if it was just a few dollars it's not worth the fight, I mean we can complain through their costumer service but if your account is a hundred dollars above then finding legal advisor to solve the problem would be a smart move we don't even need to pay because we can utilize what's available online as some of them offers free of charge. But just make sure the casino you are into is legit and compliant to local laws or else they'll be gone before you can file dispute.

But personally what I've experienced before is the withdrawal that took a lot of time to process I mean like 48 hours delay. And the other one the last time I played with casino as an agent is that they're gone after I think a month of playing and later I discovered they are not registered and then get banned.

In my opinion, withdrawal and KYC problems are the most frequently experienced by gamblers. I encountered a similar problem but I realized the mistake was done by myself.
It was related to using a different IP because I mistakenly accessed the casino by forgetting to turn off the VPN. We know that there are some casinos that prohibit the use of VPN.
The casino didn't accuse me of cheating. However, there are suspicions that my account activity requires KYC verification even though the withdrawals I made were not very large.
Luckily my funds can still be withdrawn and my account is also safe. even though it has to go through a very long procedure.

Well, I'd probably be pretty frustrated if this happened to me.  But I gotta be real with myself - if I wasn't following the casino's rules or something and basically brought this on myself, then yeah, I should own up to that and  no point fighting the casino if I was ignoring their policies in the first place. They make the rules there so even if I dont like it, not much I can do.  But now, if they wanna mess with me after I won fair and square? I'll rain down hell on that casino so they really feel it where it hurts.  I can't let them steal my money like that, and I'd definitely make that place regret crossing me that's for sure.

how would he fool you, there is no way to do that if you win fair and square! the casino is clearly a money machine that doesn't look in the face of anyone and it is clear that it profits from the people who play but if you commit a scam against them by counting the cards it is right that there is a punishment obviously also certain of their behaviors will not be legal but you can't do anything about it

I haven't encountered a single problem in most reputable casinos I have played. The reason is simple and that is I have always done KYC up to level 2 at least, never used a VPN,never cheated and never use multi accounts.I pointed all these things here for the simple reason that I want to say as long as someone abide by the rules unexpected problems won't happen and in the rare case they do then I am 100% sure that is going to be solved in the fastest possible way exactly for this reason, you have abided by the rules.
some gamblers abide by all the rules and ToS as provided but still get lynched by these casino's all because they aren't reputable as they claimed which is why it's very necessary to make use of actual genuine casinos who have the interest of their customers and value their reputation too. The beauty of making use of reputable casinos that while you keep to the ToS as you gamble you're sure of no victimization of any kind just to deny you of your win. Moat often, these illegal allegations by dishonest casino's comes at a time when the gambler might have won some huge money and they want to deny him using those charges.

I've had issues verifying my identity with my local national identity number with a casino once, it was a horrible experience cahse I wanted to withdraw my money from there and there had me go to the bank to change my account name to match my nin details before it could work, it was such a stress and I had lots of finds in there, I lost hope that thought my money was gone before a friend told how to go about it.

Some casino better go start telling people more about how they work before letting us fund our accounts.

I've never been banned or lost money in a casino due to hacks, scams, glitches, or them not wanting to pay out. I've read some scary stories though about people who won and experienced delays on the side of the casino because they were trying to create so much hurdles that the player would eventually give up. Probably the worst was a situation of a guy who was asked to do KYC, but they demanded everything from him including his documents and utility bills translated to English by a sworn translator, or told him that a bill from a few months back was too old. He played there for months and wasn't asked for all that until he won big. The worst thing you can face is the casino trying to scam you.
This is one of my fears about using an online casino, that when I win, they'll ask for documents just to delay or, worse, discourage me from withdrawing my winnings. It may look legit on their side, as they'll explain they need to implement all the necessary measures to ensure everything is checked before the winnings are released.

However, the moment they start asking for documents, you comply, and then they ask for another, it's already a good sign that our chances of claiming our win are getting slim. I don't know how we can handle this situation when it's just between us and the casino, with no third party to determine which party is telling the truth or lying.

There's always that common sense. If they ask you for documents when you register, that's fine. When they ask you for it when you deposit a lot of money, fine. When they ask you after weeks of playing only because you've finally decided to withdraw - that's a red flag because it looks like they want to make it hard for you to leave.
When you provide documents and they don't want to verify you because they don't like that these documents aren't in English - that's a red flag because obviously when you live in Thailand the documents will be written in Thai, and so on.

Since I don't have too many special situations, I'm not too concerned, but in the past at a decentralized casino that did not require identity verification, I had money deposited into the wrong account and contacted the support department but did not receive the money back. I understand the mistake and responsibility is my own so I won't complain any more. Sometimes some situations that I hear about in the own space can usurp money and stop your account because you have too many battles win, after all it is discussed quite a lot but also seen as a situation where we can be ready to face any outcome.

If the casino confidently states that you are not the only player and you have another account, then most likely the casino will be right. It will be useless to argue and prove that it was not you but your dad, mom, friend, or someone else who accidentally used your Wi-Fi. In addition, many players who previously closed one account and asked the casino to do this over time either forget about it or simply do not consider it a violation. However, any misunderstandings with the casino and communication with support must be conducted in polite language without violating decency or restraining feelings. Even rude correspondence can be against you. But in cases where there are proven violations on the part of the casino, you just need to leave. I don't think it's possible to achieve any justice with fraudulent casinos.

You wont really be able to have such issues or problems in regarding into these stuffs if  you do really just that make yourself that stick into those platforms on which you do know that it does have some less issues. When it comes on facing up some shit issues even you do know that you havent done something stupid but they do accuse you out on the moment that you had made out some nasty wins then it wont really be having no doubts that you are dealing with a shit site. You wont really be experiencing any of these conditions or sudden request of KYC if you are dealing with a legit or known site.
You do know that they wont be easily making those issues without solid proof. This is why if you do want to have that peace of mind then deal up with legit or known or popular sites.

When we have a problem in an online casino, we can talk with their support system and explain the situation. If casino accused us doing something that break their rules, we can asks the support system what we already did and how we can fix that problem. Trusted casino will helps their members to solve the problem and guide them to do something that can helps their members. They will not close their members when they found something suspicious but they will send an email and asks for explanation from us.

If you are worry about casino asking you to send your documents to verify your account, you don't have to do that. But usually, if someone have his money in his account, he will verify his account by sending the documents. He will not worry with the casino because he knows that he can trust the casino so he will do the suggestion from the casino.

I once played at a relatively new casino and followed the promotions they were holding, they held a freeroll poker competition event and I won the game there several times but unfortunately I couldn't withdraw the money because my account was asked to complete KYC, actually there wasn't much money that I got on that site so I tried to make a withdrawal but my account was asked to complete KYC, to be honest it wasn't because I didn't want to give my KYC to this new student, but the value I got was not worth it.

I only play at trusted and fairly large casinos so I don't have any problems with KYC there, but for new casinos I also feel worried about completing my KYC let alone giving my identity for just a few tens of dollars, I prefer to leave that site and if It's not wrong that the site can no longer be accessed and the site seems to be closed, lucky I didn't give my identity to withdraw money there if in the end this site closes, lol and that's my experience of gambling at a casino and that happened last year.

It's really frustrating when you are not talking to a real person because you are entertained ony by its bot. Worse, some casinos do not even maintain live support. They'll just tell you to email them as you can read in their website, and the first reply does not solve the problem. You'll need continuous communication until everything is settled. I guess it's understandable, especially if a casino is already growing, but personally, I feel more comfortable with a casino that has live support, even if I have to wait to be served.

I have lost money in a casino because the live support team was mainly bots. These bots misinterpreted my answers and closed my account which has some funds. It took the intervention of their representative in the forum for me to get the needed help, but I had already lost money. Casinos fail to understand that these bits cannot replace humans. Giving out a pre-programmed solution might not suit every condition. Another problem is when the live support personnel are not qualified for the job. Some of them don't know much about the casino so they might end up not giving the needed support. The support team should be qualified and knowledgeable about the casinos. I will never use a casino that doesn't have an effective live support system. Responding to emails takes a lot of time, which can be frustrating.

If you have encountered other problems, please share them and your solutions for dealing with them.

Gambling with casinos that have a signature campaign or a service thread in the forum gives a level of protection. You can always contact their representative about your problem if you don't get any response from the casino website. If you are not still okay with the response, you can go further to present your case to the forum community for deliberation.

It's a complicated situation, maybe I could get frustrated or maybe throw a tantrum, but if it happened because of my fault with the casino and I ignored their rules or did multi-accounts, Of course I will give in and admit that, obviously if I attack of course I won't win, because they are the ones who uphold the rules of the casino, whatever the reason, I still won't be forgiven by the casino owner.

However, if I have obeyed their rules and I have played gambling and won fairly and the winnings can be accounted for, of course I will do something for the casino, so that they really suffer and feel the consequences, but the trick is 'Secret', and for now I feel safe and comfortable playing at the online casinos here, without any problems in any way, hopefully I will still be safe playing at any casino.

You will not experience that if you gamble on trusted casino since they would not require a lot of documentation from their user before they can get their rewards. Only those small casino which can't able to pay or let say a pure scam will act like this to delay the payment or to not pay those who win on their casino. So we must avoid if we know certain cases exist so we will not experience any bad faith from them.

Those actions like they keep asking while you almost provide everything is action usually made by scammers so instead risking more your identity maybe better go to right venues and simply warn people about your experience since maybe you can save a lot of people for experience the same issues what you already encountered with them.

I have never faced any issue with any casino that I have used.

The only one I know of that would have led to me having an issue was one that happened when I was still in bcgame signature campaign - so, a user came and complained about the self-exclusion feature that it took more than a day to receive the email when he requested for self-exclusion and to confirm his claim I went and created a dummy account with a dummy email and then requested self-exclusion which came in few minutes after the request - but someone then pointed to me that they might block my account since an account that shares my ip address once requested self-exclusion and now I have an active account (which is against the ToS) - I had to talk with the support and got everything sorted out.

Well, that is often the reality that must be understood, as long as we don't make any mistakes and are in the right casino, we will never have serious and really complicated problems.
But many gamblers out there have experienced it and they say it as if it all the fault of the dishonest casino, but I think if you use the right casino and problems occur then it clearly the fault of the gamblers themselves.
Basically, trusted casinos will always prioritize customer interests in service and comfort, they do business and are unlikely to make mistakes that will harm customers and make their reputation bad.
Everything will always be in the tos and related to KYC, in fact it is also stated in the tos or casino provisions, KYC will only be based on personal identity and will never be related to anything else other than personal data.

In my case I haven't experienced big problems in any of the casinos I have played. Maybe the wager thing, or the minimum withdraw, which are common limits but may surprise you when you are a newbie.

I guess that I have been lucky because we are used to read so many accusations in this forum. Or maybe it is because I do my own research and read the TOS before depositing my money. But I have witnessed cases where the TOS where ok and the problem was elsewhere, so, again, it must be that I have been lucky.

If they have forfeited my funds and I know that they're clean and outright, I'll fight for it. I'll continue that complain and won't stop asking them to look at my case.

There have been cases that are like that, the casino tells that they're not eligible for their wins and there must be some glitch that has been found and they can't verify the actual amount that the gambler has won.

This truly happens and that's why it's a good topic to discuss because many might just give up even if they have no fault at their cases.

I have not yet faced any issues because I'm playing in the right casinos and I'm making sure that I not only read the terms but keep it to my heart, precautions are very important to protect your account, but if I ever encounter this issue.
I think I can fight for my rights so I will contact them to ask for an explanation or open a complaint here so we can have an open discussion on what went wrong with my account to see if they are right and I'm wrong, so its better to play in casinos with the announcement here so they can address your issue if they do not have one you are at a loss although you can file a complaint on review sites and ask them to be a third party arbitration.

Winning something is one thing that is unexpected sometimes. I don't always think that I would win actually. Seeing that I only earn some tokens through staking so I gamble them once in a while and to my surprise, I win some.

I always read advice that when you gamble you always lose as casino has all the edge in the games. We got lucky sometimes and it one unexpect event.

Sometimes the user is also at fault if he was using multi accounts and later caught while the casino were investigating against him. How many times we have seen that the gambler continue playing using multi accounts but later when they are caught by the gambling site, their funds are forfeits and they start to complain against the casino. They tend to show that gambling casino is at fault but it was their own mistake of using multi accounts.

The trusted casinos will never block any accounts based on wrong information, if they are playing at good casino and their account is blocked, then at 95% of times, the fault is of the gambler of not following one or more rules.

That is very true. If you are already playing on a reputable casino, then, problems like kyc and other related issues, may be due to the gambler's carelessness. So before you even start depositing any amount of money to the casino, better browse their terms and see where  you can possibly have problems with them. Make sure that you are complying their rules to avoid such problems with them. Most of the time, it is indeed the gambler himself who is at fault why he is facing such problem.

I have not encountered such problems but I have seen and heard of people with such problems and most times it use to be KYC problem and nothing much. As long as you don't violate the casino ToS, I don't think that any gambler should have an issue with the casino  only if you are using a scam site to gamble. This is why it is good that you gamble in a reputable casino to avoid all thes problems.

Recently, I've read some comments about the KYC problem that was triggered because the user was suspected of cheating. Actually multi accounts arent really that prohibited, it is really just that it do becomes a problem on the time that it do violates that form of abuse specially if its really that dealing or trying out to exploit some possible giveaways or bonuses but if you are really just that creating another account without doing something stupid then i dont see any issues for this one.I have tested out on making some multi accounts in some websites but i didnt have any problems but if you are really that in doubt then it would really be best that you should really be having the habit on reading up sites terms and conditions on which we know that this is the only place on where you could really be able to find various informations whether you would really allowed on create tons of account or not.

Probably the time that I've won in CoinRoyale some free bets, I guess I'm too green at their website that I got confused at how to claim my win. Thankfully, the team did help me with the predicament that I'm in and after all of that, it's smooth sailing for me, this is the closest hiccup that I've got when it comes to casino issues but if I were to get in that situation which I do hope doesn't happen, I'd probably do my best to try and prove my innocence, I mean in that situation, that's the only thing that you can do right? When you know that you've been wronged, you will do your best to right things to clear your name and to not let the casino win.

Well, of course, everything should be done legally. If this thing happens to me, then I will demand an investigation and also ask for proof of the accusation they are throwing at me. The thing is, evidence is powerful. If you, as a gambler, have proof that could support you, then that's good, but if you let them scare you, then you are at a loss. But I think this kind of scenario will happen unless you really are doing bad or suspicious activities. But if something like this happens and the casino is proven to be just accusing someone just to make them stop gambling or locking their funds for their own benefits, then it will be a dangerous case for that casino, and that will surely make its downfall. Thats why I said that it is impossible unless they will notice something anomalous to a certain gambler or user, and multiple accounts is one of the suspicious acts.

I specifically don’t encounter any problem on the casino itself since I play normally with basic strategy and bankroll so my gambling activity doesn’t standout to be notice by casino security.

The most serious problem I encounter is when I deposit a coin on a wrong blockchain network but the casino helps me to recover it even though the work is already not on their scope and it’s my fault. Luckily I’m using trusted casino since this will be a terrible loss when happened on a casino that doesn’t want extra job on recovering funds and stick with their warning that they are not liable on a wrong deposit loss.

I think posting the issue on the scam accusation board is my first move since I only play on casino with ANN thread here to play safe. Bitcointalk is the place which gives us(player)  chance to depend ourselves against casino accusations.

I have never encountered any issues with my account but some of my friends encountered getting their account restricted or banned even though they have done nothing wrong I have advised them to ask for clarification on the live support and ask for additional info.

I also advised them that if they are ignored or support was not given the right answer they should open an accusation or ask for third-party arbitration to resolve the issue.

Bitcointalk has a scam section I also advise them to open one if they are not satisfied with the answer, maybe in the future, I will encounter a similar issue so I am always ready to have all my documents ready and to prevent this issue I always abide by the casino's terms and rules.

I have not run into such a situation at any casino, and I don't wish to be in such a hot seat because it is more depressing. If, for example, I happen to fall into such a situation, then I will reach out to the casino's customer support and explain myself to them. If, for any reason, they believe that I have broken one of their TOs, then they need to point me to the section of their terms and conditions where the rule was broken by me. If they cannot show me where such rules were stated in their TOs, that means they are only looking for an excuse to confiscate my account. After I try my best to prove myself innocent, I have no choice but to give up, but I will never refer anyone to such a casino.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
First thing is to contact the support team. Nowadays most casinos are having telegram chats, where owners are present and you can approach them too.

If you are certain that they money was not tainted, you should go ahead with proving the source of funds (if you can) and wait for their reply. Most of the times, posting a thread on this forum with the evidence helps, in case you are comfortable about posting the money related matter online.

KYC can get triggered anybody but you should not panic and go with the process.

[...] casinos like that clearly do not want to pay their players and scam casinos do that.

I ever got similar problems too, i ever had a problem of withdrawal in one of not really popular casino site. I remembered that this problem happened to me in this Year. When i tried to make a withdrawal, the transactions said that it occuring a problem, and i think it was a scam site, then i tried to play and ready to spend and lost my bankroll on there. But, when my bankroll reduced and i tried to make a withdrawal, weirdly, the withdrawal was successful. So, i think we should keep out from unpopular site, maybe it just a technical problem, but it may a scam indication.

We should avoid playing on unpopular site, and be better playing on popular site, especially playing on site that we can found on this forum, one of it is Rollbit.com.

Haven't encountered a massive issue on my end that warrants being blasted on the forum but I did have a very unexpected problem in the past with a different crypto casino. I tried withdrawing money from them, and while I have already completed KYC with this particular casino which ensures that I have all the features and benefits of the platform at my beck and call, this particular instance I find myself unable to withdraw my money, as it was asking me to complete another KYC procedure. Fucking sucks as when I try completing the KYC process thinking it was just my KYC on their end expiring it's getting errors I couldn't get out of unless I refresh the website.

Had their customer service be informed about this and while it took a while, the issue was resolved and as a matter of fact, it was a large-scale issue that affected a good amount of their customers, most of them unaware of what happened or what to do. That's the weirdest and most unexpected experience I had with gambling, and I'm sorry if it wasn't as weird as yours lol.

To be honest, I would not even get involved with a casino which behaves in such a shady way to begin with. If a casino needs to close accounts and point out at violations of ToS which actually did not happen for them to keep the money, then it would be safe to say such casino is a scam, a selective scam in the most of the cases.
From my personal experience I have never had any bad experience while gambling in Stake, there was only one small incident in which I could not access my account and tried to get help from the customer service, in the end I could solve it.

Honestly, when you talk about a casino selectively scamming their gamblers and taking their money after closing their accounts, the only thing which comes to my mind is the infamous 1xbit casino. What have the victims of that casino been able to do after losing thousands of dollars? No much. Just plead and cry for help and then slowly move on from that loss. It is an unfortunate situation, but it is what it is when we talk about those scams.  Sad

I experienced this at two casinos and it was an annoying thing, even when I asked for proof about the multi-account accusation they couldn't answer it and I think all casinos will not provide such proof and they will remain in the position that players are committing multi-account or other fraud, the casino's accusations make us bad people even though the casino may have made a mistake in assessing that suspicion. But in my opinion, when players can do what the casino asks to prove that they are not cheating and one of them is by KYC, then the casino should no longer make it difficult for players to withdraw their money. The most annoying thing is when the casino doesn't even let players withdraw money even though they have done KYC. as required by casinos to prove that players do not commit fraud such as multi-account and casinos like that clearly do not want to pay their players and scam casinos do that.

The first unexpected issue I encountered in a casino was my kyc documents and of course I contacted live support. I was almost getting discouraged as they kept giving me repetitive answers from one agent to another. Before I gave it one last try , I said to myself if I try this time and it doesn't work I would leave the funds in the casino and I would be it. Fortunately the last attempt worked out. It was my first time and it was confusing. My last resort was to abandon the casino and the winnings. For some people they go on several forums calling out their casinos. For some, they eventually get help while for others, they don't.
It's always scary when series of those problems happens first time, especially if you are in a hurry and you have won big. And first documents aren't accepted. Both in exchanges and casinos.

I totally had that feeling too, that "OK, i am being scammed and kicked out" while waiting, especially if they need something in english, because it's harder to get any english papers without being foreigner in here. And we often have to either order them via post, which takes forever, or get to the offices and stand in line, and pay $20 or something like that for additional paperwork in english.

But after taking a breath, and thinking it over, they just need to be sure because of the regulations and it's not personal in any way. It's just freaking frustrating.

To clarify things, Even though multi account was prohibited on ToS. It’s very rare to received punishment for doing this if you are not doing bonus abused in the casino. I do have multiple account on some casino since I sometimes forget my login details but never received any problem with that since I’m just playing as regular gambler. Those user with multi account problem are those who abused bonuses or any casino feature for a gain.

So far, The only problem I encountered on the casino is my documents is very hard to get approved during the KYC while I have tons of funds stuck in there.

Luckily, the bitcointalk representative help me to verify my account using the same documents that I’m sending when the system automatically decline it. I never experienced casino seizing my account and I believe only those gambler that doing a little trick experience this hassle.

Multiaccounting? In gambling sites there are people who do this as well? Im not sure what they get from doing multiaccount cause the winning or profits are based on playing some sort of gambling games, as if theres a reward for such atrocity. Maybe in forum theres a chance of multi account since reward can be multiple as well but in gambling they still need to incur funds on another account and play gambling too. Quite confuse how multi account will benefit something on casino.
What that causes people to have multiple accounts in a casino is because they want to take advantage of the deposit bonus. Some gambling sites can have 100% or more deposit bonus. Because of that some people will be tempted and have more than one account if the deposit bonus has limit. Example if the limit of the deposit bonus is up to $1000. While some people have $2000 or more which they can think to use to create more than one accounts.

Another reason is to see odds of a particular match or game in a way if you bet on three accounts, you will still make money from the same match or gsme. I do not know how this works but some people said it is possible.

You have to submit all the pertaining documents that they require from you especially winning big and then they suspecting you of cheating. If you know that you are clean then why you get nervous or panic. Maybe you just need a listen patience as it might take sometime though before everything can be settle down. If it is not going your way then maybe a mediator is needed a 3rd party that will work between the two of you so settle the dispute. Send all the documents, the proofs and answer them respectfully if they needed more information from you.

Casinos live support team are the worst nightmare a gambler should have an encounter with in resolving a problem that requires urgent attention by the gambler. They can frustrate the living daylight out of you with reiterated replies that keeps you in circles. I don't know if this is same with all casinos.

I eventually had to pass a KYC verification request to confirm my account ownership then was giving 24hrs to get back for response. If we're to be rational about some of this security-concern-procedures by casinos knowing that it's partly in the best interest of the users we'll appreciate certain rules but it's  just naturally that no body want to get comfortable with time wasting.

Well nor that I have encountered much but sometimes the fault is even actually from me because I do sometimes skip out the rules and regulations of some casino because the write up sometimes are all just too small and skipping this part can land you in trouble if actually you go against the casino. The only major issues is that I will be asked to do crazy rollover for bonus offers of first deposit which is wildly impossible, I mean its just saying they didn't even credit you with the bonus at all but I guess that's not their fault as it's part of their system it was just left there for me to just find it and know if I would use the casino or not.

I will try to proof that I do not anything wrong with my account and not violate their rules. I will also asks casino to explain what is happens and will trying to understand the situation. If they wants to close my account, I will asks to withdraw my funds, my deposit funds and lets the other money in my account.

I am never face that experience and I hope I do not have to gets that experience. I know that casino will not lets their members have multi account so I will not break that rules. If you don't wants to break the rules, you will not trying to create another account or cheat the casino.

I have not had any of the challenges you mentioned but I have seen so many people post about encountering them. The root cause of these problem is usually people not reading the TOS of casinos or reading them but attempting to be smart like in the case of multiple account which some people know is wrong but chose to test their luck with it. If a user is wrongly accused of any of them, the best way to go about is to use the right channels of communication is which is the support, then provide the necessary defense and hope the information is sufficient to prove his case. How they handle the matter also depend on the reputation of the casino because reputable casinos will not want to cheat the user if there are substantial evidence that there is no violations of their TOS.

One of the unusual problems i've faced before was when my account got suddenly restricted. I only noticed it once I couldn't send messages in their casino chat, and the live support started questioning the possibility of linked accounts. My only solution at the time was to explain my case in both the ANN thread and through that support ticket and tell them what happened, in the end, I didn't have to go through KYC and everything was back to normal.

Many embarrassing situations I have faced with casinos have been with KYC documents for all accounts. I faced such an embarrassing situation when I opened an account without reading the terms and conditions of casino and gambling sites. Also, after I submitted my personal documents to a casino site, I faced several problems in withdrawing dollars from that casino site, after which I contacted the support team and my withdrawal was not successful. Then every time I open an account at a new casino site, I check if my country supports it and carefully read the withdrawal-deposit terms before opening the account. KYC document, deposit and withdrawal conditions must be read carefully while opening an account.

Since there's no way to contact them inside their website after being banned, the first thing I will do is find a way to contact them. Forums like this or chat applications like Telegram or Discord.
That is if I know to myself that I am not guilty of whatever they are throwing at me. If not, better forget about it and move on.
If the gambler is not guilty then I think upon contacting them there will be procedures on how to clear your name and I bet it will be a rough one with a lot of KYC that might be requested and proof of identification and the reason why you are trying to save your account. Because there might be other cases where an account was hacked and used for evil intentions and the real owner might have no knowledge about what is happening.

1. Language barrier. I had chat sessions with some help desk workers of some casinos, and for some reason i always expect that they understand english. But when the answer comes with broken english and my problems aren't heard because of it, it surprise me every time. Because why would any service that's based on reputation and good PR, would hire people who haven't been educated, but are just following some poorly written script that they can't deviate from. It have ended from them to answer wrong questions, that i had to wait days per answer.

2. The fact that some casinos were "closed" during weekends. Meaning that when i had problems, no one would answer them between friday evening to monday morning. I have encountered 2 of these and at least other of them went down already. I don't care so much that i would try to recall what that other was called.

3. They refused to close my account. They said they are going to do that, but they didn't actually care.

4. I have also been muted from chats for asking difficult questions. I realize that this would seem like i was trolling and got what i deserved, but in fact it seems i was a "difficult" customer that asked too annoying and hard questions. Weirdly i haven't been kicked out from any casino yet.

I will try to have it double checked!

I once tried to withdraw a small amount of around 30 bucks, I think. It was in limbo for more than 12 hours so I tried to talk to support to ask about it. Surprisingly, she sent me a long message of how I need to get full KYCed.

I calmly asked what could be the problem to trigger such as it's only a small amount. Then couple of minutes later, she went back and told me it's in queue.

I'm not sure if the long message was just a canned answer or I actually managed to convinced them to pull back the KYC request. I'm a bit leaning on the former though.

Any problem you encounter in a casino, your 1st stop is going to be live support. The issue I have with live support in most cases is that they just spew out pre programmed responses and cannot really answer most questions you might ask until they speak to someone higher up the chain. Eventually they get you an answer, but it seems to take forever. Luckily I have most casinos contacts, so I can bypass support when needed. I'm not saying live support is a waste, would just be nicer if answers were gotten faster.

I haven't really faced many issues with casinos. I had a couple withdraw issues but spoke with my affiliate manager and got it worked out.

Well, good for you @yahoo62278. I know you have a lot of contacts as you've probably worked with them in the past, and with your reputation in the forum, I'm sure they'll treat you like a VIP as they don't want you to provide bad feedback here. However, regarding the problem I'm talking about, how can you prove to them that you have not violated the "no multi-accounting" rules?

I have not encountered such an issue before probably because I do not have two accounts or trying to cheat in any way. For anyone that has that problem should contact the casino customer care. I have been gambling since 2014 on casinos and bookies but no such problem.

The worst unexpected problem I have encountered with several casinos is being asked to provide documentation only after depositing miniscule amounts. I get it would make sense if I deposited thousands eith high volumes. But do this to me without warning just because I deposited  $5? Might as well make KYC mandatory at this point.

I think this can be something that leads casinos to get accusations against them so often than by now they have stopped doing it mostly. Thankfully things improve in this sector, although sometimes slowly.

Will look for justification for not committing any violations while the casino continues to accuse us, then one solution is to provide strong evidence so that our complaints can be accepted by the casino sometimes even casinos are reluctant to provide evidence that we violate the rules.

But usually the casino will not lose your deposit funds but only confiscate your winnings after that you can withdraw funds and the casino will close the account, that's what I know in several cases here.

Not having had any bad experiences with this situation, that's the route we're thinking of taking now even if we feel we're not in breach, maybe we'll do something different.
