Someone wants to sell me 12 pieces of P106-100 for 200$ each and I find this to be tempting because that card can achieve 23MH on ETH, two of those is 46MH for 400$ and I'm running solar panels, maybe I should just wait? I also remember that a 1060 GPU costs 120$ in 2019, will you wait or take this offer?
I would buy if the cards are the normal 1660 (25-27MH) because they take very little amount of power when mining, I have 4 of these cards presently and one of out the four takes 45watt in hive OS while others takes 55-60watts very good low end card for mining.

Thankfully the market is going down little by little and the used GPU-s are now not near the regular MSRP but are in acceptable terms.I saw 1660 Super slightly used at 300 EUR at Ebay and based on the electricity they consume they are much better than the RX 580 at 250 EUR or any other card that can do the same hash rate as them.I hope that the prices will continue to fall down even more and that would be the ideal case to build a few mining rigs,no problem if mining difficulty is high and profit low,it is important to mine coins and keep them, for the long term this strategy I doubt will ever fail.

You probably won’t find any better deals. Even if the bear market comes, GPUs might be in more supply however you need to understand that miners won’t be giving them away. They might be a little cheaper than today but they know that some gamers will buy them anyways.

I’ve mined for years and GPUs were never cheap in bear markets with a regular economy. Meaning no supply constraints. So with all these shortages I don’t see GPUs selling for pennies on the dollar. They will never be bargain deals.
I doubt that, right now there are good offers for used GPU in China like the P106-100, RX580 and 1060 6gb cards, now the value of a new 1660 super that used to be 600$ in my country is now 430$, graphic cards are slowly going down in price.

You've mined for years and you don't know that rx580 GPU are been sold for 120$ in 2018-2019? I saw this price on Alibaba and AliExpress at the time and some friends buy few I don't have money that's why I failed to buy any at the time.

So let's assume you bought it at 200 these 12 cards which can make you like 270-280 Mhsh in total in average. That would be an average of 10 USD daily based on actual difficulty in Ethereum.Sounds like 300 USD  a month net without any further spending is a good choice at least for me it is.I would also suggest that if you buy in bulk tell that someone that I can pay max 150 USD for a card and that way your ROI would only be 7 months which for me makes it ideal.
If you buy at 200 then the ROI would be 8-9 months, still a good buy in these difficult times but not as good as if you pay 150 USD for a card.

Having solar panels is huge advantage, all money earned will be yours which will speed up your ROI, I bought my 1660 GPUs for 400$ in Jan 2021 and these cards brings only 27MH max but I've already made back my money, the free electricity is your advantage it's not a bad plan.

23 Mx, analogue in terms of profit.

With free electricity for 100 days, you will earn about $80. Perhaps Ethereum will still be mined.
I'm so, these are very old second-hand video cards 4-5 years old. I wouldn't buy at $200, I'd trade up to $150-$170 a piece if buying in bulk.

Buy then, i hear the coming of the bear market since 1 year ago, meanwhile you can produce some money right now with your solar panels.

You could buy these cards for 100$ in bear market why are you in haste? Once profits aren't looking so good anymore and miners are shutting down their rigs and also new gpus are flooding the market what do you think will happen?
