Here we go again.

I wonder if in a months time I will go: WHY DID I NOT BUY THEN?!? or DAMN I'M GLAD I DIDN'T BUY ANY!!

Either way, I'm not parting with the coins I have now.

They are still worth a lot more to me, than the market is willing to pay.

If they are worth more to you than the market is willing to pay keep buying until this is no longer true.

Nope, cause I am not willing to risk anything.

Besides, if I buy bitcoins through the options available to be, I will leave a paper trail, and I do not want to do this, since I am unsure of Bitcoin legality/taxation.

This is a different topic, so let's not derail Smiley

If bitcoin is illegal, I'm fucked.  I haven't seen any evidence of this though.

I will be paying taxes on my BTC-sourced income.

Anyway, 10k BTC bid @ $10 Smiley.

Depends what you need the money for and in what time frame.

Yes the growth is exponential. But so are the increases from single, to double to triple to quadruple (etc) digits. Whether it slows down or goes faster depends on the exponent.

I reality however the adoption rate will slowly be less and less like an exponential function because of saturation (yes even now there is a saturation rate) and therefore the time between the number of digits changing is expected to increase in each hop. Of course markets (or bitches) be crazy!

For those that don't understand the increases are exponential:

1-10 =>   9
10-100=  90
1000-100= 900
10000-1000=9000

The function of the increases delta's is: y=0.9 * 10 ^x
an exponential function

You'd think it'd take increasingly more time.

When you turn that hyperbolic curve it can shoot up to the moon in no time..

The critical mass could be triple digits and the rise to quadruple could happen quite fast..

I wouldn't. Price depends on demand. Demand depends at least partially on adoption rate. At some point adoption could become exponential until we hit some kind of saturation, which we are currently far from.
Going to be one hell of a ride.

So do you think it will take longer to go from double digits to triple digits, or triple digits to quadruple digits??
