Allow me to disagree with your statement. AI is making a lot of progress every year.
AI is a hollywood myth buddy. AI technology is not out...yet.

There is AI software already doing what you are trying to describe above. It still fails sometimes, but machine predictions seem to be better. However, not even machines can guarantee any stable wins in sports gambling. If you'd had that type of algorithm you would probably not sell it. Just my 2 cents on this. Hope it helps.
