Hi, met some guys during some cryptoevents, who want obviously check/ examine a class action against the PAY ICO in the EU. They say that TENX / PAY ICO cash was not used in the mentioned purpose as published in the TENX white paper being published until beginning of June 2018. So wrong Investment indications.
No Card, no reward, money is used for COMIT Network?
Obviously they checking with a german lawyer Company right now and searching for PAY investors purchasing PAY between June 2017-June 2018 as EU Citizen to share their point of view.
Cant find anything online or on reddit, etc.?? Dos anybody have more information or is anybody already involved?
Do you think that’s possible for an ICO??
