Piggybacking on your thread , are the symptoms of a bad PI consist of the unit not recognizing the boards and the fans not spinning ?
I installed the A2 mega image from the zoom-hash site, but when U try and access the web interface...I get a placeholder page on the welcome screen. I am aware you have to change you'r routers IP to the 192.168,1 class, but still get this message. I also formatted he SD card and loaded the image files with win32diskimage. I have received a similar error with minera, and the only thing I had to do was input the raspberry pis ip and type /minera. I know its a simple command, and would appreciate it if someone with prior knowledge can help out

the image at the bottom worked for my machines I have another issue with my 3rd machine though , unrelated to the image
