Marriage is the ultimate symbol of commitment and the foundation of your love to your partner. Your ceremony is where you and your partner declare your vows, and dreams together. Couples look forward to their wedding day and do their best to make it a memorable one. This couple however chose to share their cherished moment in their lives on the blockchain.

Most of us think that Bitcoin is an intangible asset. But some of them say that Bitcoin is a real asset. Real doesn't just mean palpable. As someone has money not in physical form, but only the numbers given by the bank listed in the account book. Likewise with Bitcoin. Bitcoins are real assets, anyone who owns their Bitcoins becomes full rights at any time.
So at a wedding they also use Bitcoin as a dowry. And this is also a form of their love for the blockchain system.

Its a different style of marriage and their marriage contract is on blockchain, only crypto enthusiast can understand how it was done. So blockchain has other uses now aside from what we know, though its not a traditional way on how couple are getting married. But I think its still best do it the old way, before having a bitcoin marriage style, its unique but not sacred.

Well sometimes impossible things can be possible and it depends on us on how we execute it.

Wow, this is something extraordinary. This is probably the first person to get married using Bitcoin, and record his marriage history on the Bitcoin blockchain. Maybe if the wedding uses a luxury car or a house as a dowry, of course it often happens.

Bitcoin marriage,?
If this really happens, then it is a very extraordinary development of blockchain, it turns out that blockchain technology is not only in crypto matters, people use it, but also for other things outside of that, but is this picture real, bro?  I think a link is needed, yes, to prove the validity of this news.  And if so, then this is a really great progress from a blockchain background in my opinion, bro.

For couples who have been in a relationship for a long time and both live in digital money mining or know digital currency, and they have been following and getting to know the developments of life in the world of digital money, then in the oath ceremony later at the time of marriage they will give the dowry with a piece of bitcoin for their love, as long as the woman accepts it, it's legal, according to customary law, it's important as long as they both want and agree, it's okay

Well, it’s a good one, but I’d still pass. I prefer the use of rings for wedding, and not this NFT thing. But it’s still cool, everyone is free to make their choices whatever way it suits them best. They can make use of ring to do their wedding and still use the Blockchain to store their contract permanently of they want to.

And it would have been better that you provided a link for this post for others to also read about it and get a full understanding on how the marriage worked. The image you posted is not just enough about this. A link to the story on a website that is very popular would have been really good.

wedding is a historic thing in life for sure everyone wants to keep that moment well and different from the others but bitcoin wedding in this way, maybe many people don't want to do it because there is no spiritual nuance. if that word happens maybe this will be the most unique wedding in the world

i can't believe it will come true in real life the bitcoin marriage. Though this is a cool thing having stored permanently on the blockchain and might be the first ever happened on the history of marriage. Much better if the same style of NFT ring and real ring will be offered on the day and one of the gifts are also cryptocurrency coins.

This idea is pretty cool. When I first saw it, I didn't understand how the blockchain got married. Young people nowadays pursue various styles, especially on some important days. Maybe these are some new ideas of young people. I guess they are also users of the crypto market. Their ideas are very innovative. I wish you happiness.

Yes, that's a great design in the crypto market, and it's a brilliant idea in the crypto asset market, which promises a great hope for those who invest in the future, and for these bright young people it's time to invest as much as possible, and just hope the future is still fine.

I don't think this can really create memorable memories of your big day, imagine no photos..no kiss come on...I would prefer to have an actual wedding over this NFT ecosystem unless you don't have friends etc.
Another better alternative would be to have a virtual wedding to avoid crowding as a counter measure to covid.

if you are a solid blockchain and nft enthusiast it is.  this event will be extra memorable for you .

in wedding there are different themes to choose from and we have seen strange wedding themes and this can be one of them  and in the pic we can see that they are facing each other .

someone is taking a photograph with them and wedding wont be completed without a kiss or a physical wedding ring but this nft ring is just an addition.

Any link to back up your post? This is not about bitcoin marriage, it is about NFT which belong to altcoin. I will prefer the normal ring.
I also prefer physical ring than the one which is only online,
But I think it is still great one since we are now moving forward and people are into crypto nowadays.
Maybe people could use it if they still don't have enough money for the real ring at least it's an effort and they really want to get married.

Whoah, if this is true, isnt marriage a sacrament thing? Though I respect the couple's way of exchanging rings but the marriage shall be sealed not just by the use of blockchain.  The ring is a tradition and if the couple wanted to change that tradition in a modern way, its up to them. Although, many people will criticize this kind of marriage especially those who dont understand blockchain tech.

Yes,this isnt really that appealing on my part as i would get married then i wouldnt like for everything specially "wedding ring" to be on a blockchain or something like that.

It should really be in physical form at least you could show off that your wife is engage to you where people can see that she has a ring on his finger.

Well, the idea is good but not really that much will interest those people who really value the importance of marriage.

As I often say, people get rid of the physical world and move to the alternative reality step by step. Most people at the age of 50 and more will not endorse such things, because technologies are developing faster than people are getting used to them today. But I strongly believe that the youth will take blockchains into their lives as it gives a lot of opportunities.

People are getting crazier when it  comes to marriage, some marry underwater and there's a lot of ways they invent just to get married which is fine as long as you are happy then go for it. Blockchain marriage, I don't know how it works but I still prefer to have my ring always just to remind people that I'm already married and committed.  Cheesy

I would pretend it's true, but what's the legal backing Incase of a divorce, would they renounce the ring on blockchain network, I think it's exploiting and making a caricature of block chain network if this happened.
I was reading a next how people sell their memes on NFt and some made up to $500,000 although I am excited of the digital world but it's awefull to exchange rings with your partner on blockchain, there are things that should not be digitalize and that is one.

Bruh this actually epic Grin. never crossed my mind an idea like this. wedding rings in virtual form and permanent contract on the blockchain system. both have a very digital vision. maybe both are crypto experts. very unique. prove that NFT  implemented to something like this is possible.n

This is definitely one of a kind. Blockchain has come to a point where it is very useful too even in marriage ceremonies. But honestly, i still want the traditional one. But this one is even more practical. No need to worry if one loses its ring because it won't happen for sure since its privately kept and secured.

I think not just marriage ceremonies but other important events will also be expected to be like this in the days to come. As this one turns out successful, then other people especially if they are both crypto enthusiasts will definitely do the same.

Indeed. If only it would be known to the masses, I think this would incur a great deal of attention for blockhain and cryptocurrencies yet again because I bet people will be curious about it since it is a rare scenario when talking about marriages.

This isn't a bitcoin marriage but an NFT marriage. Although there's already the understanding that whenever it's about blockchain and cryptocurrencies including the dApps, NFT, and other projects, people will always think of bitcoin. I just wish the couple would have their long-lasting marriage until the last days of their lives and there won't be any separation that's going to happen since it's already in the blockchain recorded and it won't be modified by anyone not unless one of them will send it to another person, the proof of their marriage.
As you have mentioned separation, I can’t help myself but to be curious now on what is bound to happen if this couple decided to separate one day?

This looks like blockchain meme I doubt if it really existed but it looks appealing and fun to use tokens as virtual rings some might likely adopt it some day it's worth considering. Different tokens are emanating by the second each for different project I wouldn't be surprised if a marriage token is developed  to help raise a good future for married couple over the years. We gradually coming into a very high technological era and so many advancements are trooping in.

Bitcoin Marriage = only accepting gifts from your guests in the form of BTC.

NFT Marriage = the same as wedding photographs, as time passes you look
at them less and less.

Blockchain Marriage = public digital record of the event, that has its use and would
probably give all other ALT's a viable competitor.

I'll take the Bitcoin Marriage thanks.

I mean, not what I expected the Blockchain to be used for, but the principle behind it is a decent one. This effectively prevents any tampering to the contract you, and the opposite entity has proposed. So, there can't be any arguments if the original contract is lost. So, the Blockchain is actually a really good idea to be used for recording contracts. Although, the issue with that is contracts usually do contain quite a bit of sensitive data, but if you can remove that from the contract itself, its probably one of the best ways of proving a contract hasn't been tampered with.

So, while a wedding wasn't the way I would have expected for this to be demonstrated, the fundamentals behind it i.e the contract works pretty well with the Blockchain.

Good for them, but why... lol. They probably wanted to do something different, but I hope they exchanged real rings too. The NFT thing is totally crazy. I still don't get it.
Lol unbelievable even in marriage blockchain has a usecase I never imagined this before If this is real then no doubt the usecase of blockhain will be massive in the near future it will continue to evolve in many areas like this one new and unique use of blockchain with nft awesome.
Exchanging rings on the chain and NFTs would be the shittiest use case and will just cause trouble like others said.
With pictures like this, I'm a little hesitant to believe it or not because there is no clear source where and when. at least you clarify this at least with a clear link from where this source is.
because things like this if not accompanied by a valid source will be very doubtful and even I myself have doubts about the picture.
even if this is true i can only laugh and what response i need to feel with that which is definitely very unique
Highly likely fake as fuck. Even if its true, they are probably just seeking some attention.

I guess the marriage contract was stored on Blockchain and not like they really married on Blockchain? Unless you mean they made a marriage vow using smart contract or something.
Well, as long as they understand the contract term before accepting it and there should family members or people close to them who witnessed the signing of the marriage contract. To be on safe side, parents should approve of the marriage... if they have no good reason not to allow them marry, then they can marry.

It's unique - never seen a wedding dowry before, paid in Bitcoin that's the advantage - Bitcoin - I rate it a Crypto couple - Bitcoin user wife - Bitcoin user husband - perfect match.

This is an example for today's men and women-Bitcoin can be used as a dowry instead of gold as a wedding dowry.
I wonder how much the woman's dowry is in Bitcoin.

well this marriage didn't really have anything to do with bitcoin right?  This is one area where I believe NFTs can really shine.  Sure I like NFT art work, or baseball cards or basketball cards like NBA Top Shot, but more practical uses/needs are out there, such as marriage licenses like seen here.  Other things such as a car title and things of that nature are going to eventually have a great use case for NFTs.  Lot of exciting stuff happening in that regard!

Awesome! The world has gone crazy, lol... its shocking, really shocking but then, its truly a memorable one indeed in the history of human existence if this is the first one. For sure its the first I've heard but then, I still prefer the normal ring. You know, sometimes, it goes beyond beyond bonding you and your partner to a reminder and a pointer to bachelors out there that this person has been put in a family way or taken in holy matrimony by someone else and as such, it prevents unnecessary hitting on someone you know.
So how do you do that with the blockchain? You have to go online for a proof or something because, if you still get a ring after exchanging virtual rings, there is no point.

Again, how do you handle issues with divorce should such a thing come up?

Pretty cool and I want to see this trend because I want to see what's going to happen to couples that will be having divorce. I am sure that this kind of gimmick would probably make things worse for marriage. I am not a fan of wedding, I mean they are a waste of time plus do you really have to marry someone to prove your love to them? You only make yourself vulnerable to divorce especially if you are making a lot of money.

hello bro, do you not like marriage? LOL
I think everyone has the right to decide who he or she lives with, you don't have to reveal your true identity.
back on topic, the OP brings you news of a couple of people who love each other and they happen to be crypto fans. what's wrong with marriage? so we are commenting on the crypto, not to comment on their right to marry. This point does not need to be extended. and what is your response as a crypto user when the title says Bitcoin marriage?

do you understand?

not disapproving of bitcoin marriage, but it would be nice if we don't throw away the existing custom, just an ordinary ring in the wedding, we better focus on bitcoin being well received by all countries, and big countries reopening bitcoin mining
That's what keeping us lagging us a species, holding our tradition and not adapting to changes. I think that it's just a gimmick so I don't think that you should worry about this marriage because it's not like everyone is going to do it.

Marriage is a decision and an agreement, and the manner and style i want my marriage to be conducted depends on both people entering the agreement/union, that is we both choose how the ceremony will be conducted depending on our interests.

Some religions and cultures use the exchange of rings to symbolise a union, some others use the exchange of relics like the bible between couples to signify union. If i decide to get married, my wife to be and I can decide to signify our union in any way we choose, it is but a matter of choice.

From the choice of the Bitcoin marriage, it is obvious that they both are crypto conscious individuals who just wanted their special day to be the first of many. I particularly applaud them for their inventfulnes.

Agreed with @Tellek Garing on this, you should provide us with a link that confirms this blockchain marriage is true, this can easily be a photoshop image that's not real, although am still wondering how this type of marriage will be that is carried out through blockchain where the marriage contract is stored, this to me is the first to be seen in the space if the information is real, congrats to the couples.
