You can check out www.bitnand.com. They sell P104-100 cards to the public. I heard they also have P102-100 cards as well (saw them in twitter).

If crypto falls for good (which is very improbable imo), you wont be able to resell anything at a decent price, because there will be TONS of GPUs at probably 10% price and gamers will take their revenge
If crypto doesn't fall and you only want to "upgrade" your rigs, no gamer will buy at, again, decent price those cards from you (after months of mining).
Overall (power consuming and heat dissipated / Mh) mining versions of GPUs are better than "gaming" versions.
I only wonder WHY ON HELL, as long as you make a mining special designed GPU you don't make it ONLY with Samsung memories. That's beyond my logic.
OP, have you tested these cards on neoscrypt? I saw that they are made from nvidia, hence the question
