Just offer them both as a bounty option to get more participant consideration, doesn't mean the nft bounty offer will be ignored if the project focuses on nft like games, metaverse. Another fact, an interesting project will not lose people's interest to test the tesnet version without offering any bounties. So you don't need to be discouraged by your offered rewards.

My question is will you prefer to be paid in NFT or project token?
Most of these projects created NFTs with No utility and has no plans of adding any utility on it.
what is your choice of reward for testnet campaigns
For me its tokens, as it can be easy converted into major coins or stablecoins. As for nft, if there is no choice then I'll accept it. Of course only few doing nft reward than tokens. But Ivw got some free airdrop of nft that could be also worth it if there will be liquidity or demand as the floor price of that one cant justify since there is no volume.

Recent crypto projects launches testnet campaign to test their platform. most of them offered long term campaigns which might be open to all or short term campaign. some chooses campagin with prior registeration.(whitelisted address). At the end, most campaign rewards users who participated in all the test.

Of course, if I pay with tokens, the project will be more profitable, especially if we think about it for the long term and I think being paid with NFT is not good, that's my opinion, I hope you can consider it

Either crypto or NFT with special use case or utility would be absolutely great for me. I have tried a few testnet campaigns lately and I have been rewarded with a mix of crypto and NFTs with special use cases (but mostly play to earn).

Sorry Sir! ut what did you mean by being rewarded from testnet campaigns? honestly, i didn't here that this type campaigns exists in the crypto field especially with Dapps built in top of Ethereum. Means only devs can test the code and those won't be paid using NFTs or unlisted new tokens.

Please do excuse my ignorance. I just want to understand the concept because i do always have in mind that only bounty hunters can be rewarded using new tokens or some NFT items for doing tasks in social media promotion but not as platform testers.

If these NFTs they reward to us are just simply having no utility at all, it would be difficult for us to sell it in the market in my opinion just like a simple art.

If both are an option it might be best to give both to your participants.

A token is a lot more liquid than an nft so people wanting their money quickly (or wanting a quote from it) would most likely pick that. That being said, having an nft on the platform with a low mint number might rise in value better than the token would for the people receiving it.

I think it probably depends on the project for offering one or the other, if it grows an nft would offer better returns and if you're giving away free tokens or have inflation built into the protocol, you'll be forcing your early adopters or sell quickly.
