This is great news then, so we have more network options for USDT with low fees and fast transactions.
Btw, which exchanges support USDT with the Solana network?

It seems good but i do believe if it will be only available for the major exchange sites that already supported solana. It's not all of exchange sites already supported solana and this will be having small amount of USDT. The result will be the same as USDT that issued on matic network.
IDK what will be the real purpose to issue more and more USDT into the new chain that is not having a lot of users.

That was great! Solana was pitched to become Ethereum Competitor until ETH 2.0 Released same with other like BSC, TRX and We need another alternative chain and Solana sounds really good, 50k TPS with low fee it's good for now. Anyway thanks for sharing this one mate, I didn't expect Tether will release Stablecoin on Solana Blockchain before.

I also read about this yesterday, but what I do not yet know is that will the fee be cheap if Solana blockchain is used for tether storage and usage? It is clear that ethereum blockchain is very expensive, a reason I do not use tether for transaction on exchanges as it is even more expensive than or almost like bitcoin transaction fee. Also I will like to know if Solana blockchain is secure and safe to use?

It will be good to have a way tether can be used on a blockchain that is not susceptible to 51% attack and also in which low fee will be used with fast processing time.

so the reason that new apps will likely be developed in Sol blockchain which they claimed to at least have 50K transactions per sec. thats a good rate than ETH. Solana must be secure otherwise Tether wouldn't be considering them.

it's this article that i learned Serum is using Solana, that's interesting because i have been seeing SOL rank high on coinmarketcap that see it's just a dollar back then. its transaction fee is as low as is $0.00001.
