Hi,
Thank you for playing at Tetraplay Casino

Please note that all our bonuses and the winnings from your bonus must be wagered ( in your case 25 times ) in order to withdraw.
In your case you tried to withdraw before finishing your wagering requirement.
You can check the wagering anytime on your account page and withdraw page.

We also noticed that you have multiple accounts, and you are claiming the same issue with the bonus on the other account too ( so you were already aware of the rules )
Unfortunately the management will have to cancel all your bonuses on both of your accounts due to bonus abuse.

Please note our Terms and Conditions do not allow multiple accounts and we reserve the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts.
Feel free to contact our Live support at anytime for more informations.

No, it's all clear.
That's how bonuses work.
Casinos/ sportsbooks put this wagering requirement so you can lose all your bonus  Tongue
It wouldn't be profitable for them if they would allow to withdraw bonus winnings.
All bonus winnings are part of bonus.
Yes you are right, this how all bonus work.
We also offer Real Cash Back for VIP players without any wagering requirement Smiley

I know and tried your casino through my roommate. Looks like multiple accounts, maybe because we have the same IP address? 50.12.6.**

If I was multi accounting, I would definitely take much better precautions using different IP addresses, Different wallets, and of course I would refer myself to get affiliate bonuses.

I am not trying to con you out of any money, I am simply stating that you are not clearly upfront stating the withdraw terms. Think of this as a way to improve your website. It's a FEEDBACK

yes they do state that in a none easy to reach link that I just found https://tetraplay.com/support/terms-conditions-of-use/:

If you are eligible for a bonus, wagering requirements will apply before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings.

this statement was not once stated by their live chat person, or in the promotion page or anywhere else on their site.

the simple fact that they allow you to give up your bonus without clearly stating you can't withdraw the winnings is unfair

I deposited 0.1 into tetraplay casino (great yayyy) -> not allowed to cash out until you played at least 100% your amount. balance = 0.1

In about 30 minutes, I lost 0.1 deposit. (that's fine, there's a rack back of 0.1). Spoke to live chat (received 0.1 bonus amazing!!!) balance = 0.0
bonus balance = 0.1

with the 0.1 bonus, it said i can cash it out after wagering it 25 times.

I played with the 0.1 bonus for a few rounds (only got to 3% of the wagering amount). bonus balance = 0.21

I figured let me cash out the winning from the bonus and call it a net 0.01 win total.

On cash out screen, it said:

You will forgo 0.1 bonus because you have not wagered enough yet *must wagered atleast 25x0.1*. Do you accept? (I pressed accept) Balance = 0.11

I tried to cash out again:

You have not wagered enough yet *must wagered atleast 25x0.1*. You are unable to cashout. Balance = 0.11

I understand many casinos say you are unable to withdraw bonus until you wagered a certain amount, but none takes away your bonus first, then tell you your bonus winning is unable to be withdrawn.

The way it should be setup, and cleared stated is you will not be able to withdraw your bonus AND winning until you have wagered 25x the bonus amount. Not deduct the bonus, leaving you with only the winning, then tell you you must wager 25x to withdraw.

<- this statement says it will only take away the bonus amount, says nothing about the winning amount that needs to be wagered at all for cashout.
