I'm going to lock this thread for now.

If anyone already got images or a draft regarding this:
That's the default SMF cake image. If someone has a better image (with no copyright issues), I'd use it.
Send me PM to unlock this thread or send that directly to Theymos.

Did you just insult theymos creativity ?
Probably, but not intentionally.  I'm just being cranky and contrary today, and instead of kicking the wall I insulted the digital cake.

It's a beautiful piece of cake, and happy birthday OP.  And happy birthday to all the spammers and scammers on bitcointalk.  May you never celebrate another one here.

Whaddya want from me?!

If you set your birth year to '0000' then your age on your profile will display as "N/A". If you set it to "5" then your age will be displayed as "2013"
Are they really still letting you use a computer in whatever boob hatchery institution you're in?

Here is a fun fact: SMF will not allow you to claim you were born prior to the year 5 AD.

Just a quick one before I shut down my computer  (will be away for few days)...

This is five years before the year 5AD LOL

Or I am missing something...

My lazy nut job: Decided to update the DOB section with the current date everyday. I will have a cake for me everyday then  Grin

Never in my life have I seen a piece of cake like that--looks like white cake with caramel "stripes".  Shit stains is more like it.  But hey, happy birthday OP and thanks for the heads up.  Enjoy your piece of digital poop cake with the trick candle on top that never goes out.
Did you just insult theymos creativity ? We know he isn't exactly that creative with graphics and stuff but hey a cake is a cake. Grin It would really make someone's day especially if they spend most of their time shit-posting on the forum with no social life.

I think my adopted DOB is June 6th, 1906.  It's what I use for rewards programs, where I'd prefer not to disclose my true age or real DOB.  I'll have to check to see if I actually entered anything on bitcointalk.
Must admit ,those reward programs have terrible date of birth validation system.

Not that this is a bad idea in general, but I suspect when you have a forum that's dealing with an anonymous type of money, where there are sure to be black market participants who want to hide their identity, plus the usual paranoid internet contingent, you're going to get people who don't want anyone to know their real date of birth.  So it seems kind of silly here.  Plus I'd much rather have chocolate or a piece of cheddar cheese.
Maybe you should open a thread in Meta about it.Believe me,you'll be have idiots fighting over it.

I'm positive that everyone's Birthday isn't displayed in the user's profile and it's for "privacy" reasons, right?
But when the time comes, an obvious date of birth icon will surprise you in your profile page.
It's displayed even when the profile was viewed as "Guest".

So, thanks for the cake!
I'm not totally bothered by my date of birth shown in public but some more private users might take this as an issue.

Take note: Please do not spam this thread by just saying Happy Birthday or anything insubstantial, TIA.

Wow happy birthday and enjoy your day thank you for this trivia or information , its my first time knowing this , its quite amaze me though really to be honest. Again happy birthday and thank you.

Then those users probably shouldn't put their birthdate in.

Yes. Obviously if you’re trying to keep your birthday private, don’t provide the information.
