They got into this to help fellow miners by selling them $250 motherboards that cost $70?

K.

While we help other miners... we're in business to make a profit.

At least we're not selling them for $359.  Check NewEgg. Right now someone is selling Asrock H81 Pro BTC for $359... AND people are buying them.

Blame ASRock.  They're not producing enough. If they were then there wouldn't be a resellers market. ALSO, most of our motherboard purchases go out of the country to people that can't buy them via NewEgg. They need a way to get them in Brazil or whatever.

No you're a piece of trash for selling a motherboard to some noob for $250.

I have purchased THREE motherboards from Newegg in the past 2 weeks for $74.99

Biostar, ASRock's.

You're just taking advantage of noobs.

That's fine if that's your angle.

Just smells like shit.

Right now, everywhere you go, everyone is speculating of prices and trend of mining equipment.
With high btc price along with high profitability, everything a dime a dozen goes for a dozen dimes at a time!

Yup same here. They sent me an email letting me know risers were in stock, I ordered and they shipped next day.

Now that's good service...

Gotta say I also have had nothing but great experiences with minerparts. I order my risers exclusively from them now. I wish they sold breakout boards for HP power supplies, that's the only thing I still have trouble getting.

Wow!

Thanks for the testimonial Edward!

We don't always get it right... and we do have an occasional bad riser. (I honestly equate most of these to damages in shipping, when you're shipping 40 lb boxes of technology across the world Smiley

I like those 6 pin risers too.  You can see from the photo you posted that they have an extra capacitor (the round tube things) and a couple extra chips on them to help with high power usage.

Thanks again for the testimonial.  Do you mind if we use this on our web site?

BTW. Forum readers can use the code "firstorder" for 10% off in our store.  I should have a new inventory of risers next week. (We're sold out again.)

Disclaimer:  No affiliation whatsoever - I am just a satisfied customer.

I originally found minerparts on this forum and ordered my first batch of risers through their ebay store after PMing fittsy on here.    I got them 2 days later (their inventory is in Texas which I like - I'm in Colorado) and soon after that I ordered a second batch.

On Tuesday of this week, I ordered my 3rd batch of the new "Version 7" with the 6 pins from them.   When I was ordering them, I mentioned it to Ben (fittsy here on the forum) that out of my last two orders, two of my risers were having issues.

This new batch arrived today with two free replacement ones included - no questions asked!

I want to thank MinerParts.com for being one of those quality companies that it is a pleasure to do business with.
Thanks Ben and Chris!

cheers,
Edward
