You can block all signature that's available in profile setting or block only annoying signature with script and you can use ignore list made by community to block spammer/scammer, block almost every signature campaign users or make your own ignore list.

Once you've participated here enough, you'll be able to turn off signatures. 
We should all do our thanksgiving. For me this means to say thank you to Bitcointalk and its staff. You folks have been great. Nice forum and nice people in it. Very good. Once signature programs have been banned this place will become the best to discuss Bitcoin intellectually.
