News just came in. Al Quraytayn has been liberated by the regime forces.

https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/breaking-syrian-army-liberates-quraytayn/

Another major setback for the Caliphate (after Palmyra). There wasn't much resistance from the ISIS fighters. Most of them simply retreated towards the direction of Raqqa.

The next target is Raqqa!!!!

The mindcontrol sect "salafi" will use bomb in NATO countries and anti-ISIS coalition countries + Russia the bombs against civilians in a huge quantity to produce damages in lives and material damages for medical assistance to wounded persons.

For those bombs are necessary few money and ingridients for the such anti infantry bombs are easy to buy in any DIY shop.

Probably you are right if they losing ground they have to regroup and change focus. I'd expect them to move assets and manpower to north africa as well. That could be a "fertile land" for them both economically and for recruiting.

Someone reported
over 400 ISIS diversants in EU

Quote
Estimates range from 400 to 600 ISIS fighters trained specifically for external attacks, according to the officials, including Goulet. Some 5,000 Europeans have gone to Syria.

As I see that battle went well and IS falling back to it's core territories. I'm just curious what will be their next move. If they want to keep their prominence they have to do something bold. IS used to be good in regrouping and making bold moves after a defeat (like taking Ramadi and Palmyra after the fiasco at Tikrit).

Head of the Russian Ceasefire Coordination Centre in Syria, Sergei Kuralenko,
said on Friday from Latakia that Russian Aerospace Forces
had carried out "41 sorties to support the offensive operation of the Syrian troops and to attack ISIS near Palmyra," between Tuesday and Thursday.

SOT, Sergei Kuralenko,
Head of the Russian Ceasefire Coordination Centre in Syria (Russian):
"Over the past week the Russian Center for Reconciliation delivered more than 19 tons of humanitarian aid to locations in Damascus, Hama and Homs provinces.
I would like to note that the humanitarian aid for the people living in Hama province is delivered under fire from terrorists.
During the work of the Centre for reconciliation, Russia’s humanitarian aid was delivered and distributed among the local population in 31 localities of Damascus, Hama and Homs provinces.
During this week we noted an increase in a number of acts of provocation on the part of the terrorists from Al-Nusra Front.
This is especially true for Aleppo."

SOT, Sergei Kuralenko, Head of the Russian Ceasefire Coordination Centre in Syria (Russian):
"Russian planes didn’t hit those locations, where the Syrian opposition armed groups announced the ceasefire and passed the information about their position to the Russian and American Centres for Reconciliation. However, from Tuesday to Thursday Russian planes carried out 41 sorties to support the offensive operation of the Syrian troops and to attack ISIS near Palmyra, Homs province.
In the course of the actions of the Russian air forces, 146 terrorists targets were destroyed, including control points, ammunition depots, artillery, tanks and vehicles."

the army now is on the way to free Palmyra and Al Qaryten , they are connected with each others
I think it's a matter of few days and we will see Palmyra and Al Qaryten empty of ISIS fighters , probably they are trying to pull them back to Al Raqqa and surround them in one city
the last two weeks were full of good news
