Very well, team work is the best and you have said it all, doing things in twos, is very beneficial and it makes works easier and faster, like they say " TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE" which is very correct, if you are doing something and you are a good team who helps you especially when you have a skill and you have people who works under you, maybe one day you are feeling sick and if you didn't work, you lose your client or lose your job, you can just call your team to help you out which they will, so that is why it's advisable to build a relationship with people incase of tomorrow when you will need their help, they will be there to help you out, so let's live a life of uprightness and treat everyone with love, let's not be greedy and let's also share the knowledge we have with others.

You said something about Satoshi creating this forum after he created bitcoin yes that true, to my understanding he created bitcointalk forum to get people opinion on the digital money and also to know if people actually love bitcoin not judging from the internet statistics, many forum members has solved more problems relating to bitcoin and that's why I will always advocate for individual ideas which is what bitcoin stands for, decentralization, safe custody devoid of any entity and government control.

We have to clarify the kind of teamwork we are engaging, is it going to be the one that everyone in the team is a shareholders or it's going to be your own idea and project while others will only join in support for your success, in so doing, you will enquire for their service, pay them and you all work together for a common goal, just as you have stated above, all these men have their own team they worked along with altogether while the idea still remains theirs, you also have to be careful of some team works, some steal the ideas and went back to implement it on their own, some make the team not work, while some contribute to the development of the team, you must be able to identify the kind of team you're belonging in other to make things work for you.

I don't have to read everything before accumulating or understanding what the op is driving at. Though I read it to the end but we have been discussing this kind of topic every day. In 2019,  I was working in a social referral company like Neo-Life which team work is highly recommended for one to achieve his goal. Op even if the founder of a company has enough money he will still need people to work with him and that will also form the term again. Dangote has money as an individual but it is still call Dangote Group. All the successful businesses and companies are formed with team work. And the team work is also known as networking. It is the NETWORKING that will narrow down the business or the company or project to the grassroot people to be aware that such project does exist. Because through the marketing department, advertisements would be made to advertise the project for everyone to hear and see. And while the advertisement is going on the management team would busy fixing things at the top.

Good Team in a project make it more popular and the person who has the highest work in the team is the advertising manager. The manager who employ the participants have a lot to do for the development and bringing customers bro the project. So the NETWORKING chain is very much important in in the project and everyone has a role to play. Those who advertising the project in the field, community, or the society have to protect and defend the project which they are advertising to the people. And that is why everyone who is advertising a project need a good knowledge on the project which they are advertising so they can defend it whenever it is needed. A team de speed up production and dem de get far better results dan one man squad, because according to economists if one person fit to produce 10 outputs in a day, with division of labor 10 people fit to produce over 100 outputs in the same day, meaning say additional 9 people add output of over 90 in the same time frame. Weda na for crypto project, association or organization, team work de give better results, because na different individuals with different gifts for the good productivity of the community.

Op you have spoken well, I love this topic. Even our experience has thought us that a company of teams do better than a one man company. When you work with team and you give opportunity of your team to share their ideas, it's possible one of your team member's idea would be the one to uplift the company. The example you gave are clear testimonies that a team is better than one man business. Assuming Satoshi did not set the Bitcoin network to be run by team full of nodes/miners, congestion would have made the entire network to crash. Even in a school  settings we have the proprietor, principal, tutors etc. assuming the proprietor was being stingy not to employ a team, there is no way he can meet with all those work. Team work is the best.

Team work is the best because, you're not the only one brainstorming to provide solution to a problem, though at some point it looks competitive but without challenges and competition how do we grow? It's also possible that because of deferent persons perspective they might be some aguement, but them say, 2 finger is better than one. If you've observed well enough in these big companies, they have what is called board members. These are people who have huge shares in the company and they make the decision of the company. They might have been with the company right from the start, but the key point is, these are the pillars of the company, and one of the obvious reason why the company became that big.

Even those who started as a sole proprietorship, after the business begins to boom they employ a team to help with sales or the cashier's duty. They can decide to remain stingy and the business would just collapse. What a man can do, men can do it even better.

One man show often has its limitations in terms of accuracy, speed, creativity employed and quality of value delivered. It is normal that every great idea is born in the mind of one person, he nurtures it with consistent brainstorming until it looks action worthy and presentable. After the personal brainstorm stage, it is paramount that person with the idea who wishes to project the idea further and more efficiently sets out to involve as many other sound minds as possible. They keep sharing ideas and developing on it, strategizing and executing this very idea simultaneously until success is achieved. This coming together of fellow sound minds forms a good team or mastermind group.

A good team can deliver as much value as never imagines as compared to a one man show. One man show most times is associated with slow progress, limited perception, lack of proper motivation, frustrations and the height of it is abandoning a fruitful project. I must mention that forming a team is quite challenging at the early stages especially if the founder is not very buoyant to fund the team activities, but if your dream is very sound and practicable, and you're able to convince few people who love achievements to team up with you, you must succeed regardless of the challenges on the way.

• Satoshi Nakamoto- which is the founder of bitcoin and cryptocurrency. The idea of decentralization of currency came to him, he organized a group of people into a team and developed the world's most prominent digital currency

Team work makes the dream work. Do not be greedy to share profits with others and embark on projects alone, get a good team where everyone supports each other, be sure to constantly filter out the negative energies in the team, go to work and succeed. The rewards are massive. Do not go on success journeys alone, even Satoshi after founding bitcoin, created this forum to organize a dynamic team to promote bitcoin. The team gets bigger here everyday and the awareness is spread at a wider margin and is still fulfilling its purpose regardless of Satoshi's absence, so you can build your team so well that they can function without you being present, only then have you done a great work. The teams here are even broken down to smaller teams of different boards, all doing their best to keep the forum booming.
