I heard about this project, it was very real but I ignored about Mcaffe.

For me it was Binance for Centralized Exchange it has supported many ERC20 tokens till today and for Decentralized Exchange its ForkDelta/EtherDelta its a user friendly low and adjustable transaction fees its not like the other DEX that choosing token to list for their own sake ForkDelta is a friendly DEX for me. and im using it frequently.

Each exchange has its own characteristics, so you can not argue that some are the best. It depends on the number of coins available, processing speed, etc. For me, this is Binance, however, I use some more exchanges without registration, such as Coinswitch and ChangeNOW. Not all the tokens can't be found in the same exchange for that you need to use coinmarketcap site or something similar to find where these tokens were traded and also you can check the recent prices then go for it,if you are seeing the low trading volume for your coin on that exchange then choose the next exchange where best price for it.

Why use google when he is already on bitcointalk ? don't think there are any winners when the famous big exchange block accounts. moreover traders combine the exchanges for the best deals, I trade on multiply exchanges - binance and bitfinex never heard and never experienced any account's issues. traders themselves make money risk.

IDEX - almost any popular ERC20 token is there and because is decentralised exchange, you do not need to make any verification or pay takes like 0.01ETH on withdraw.
The oldest DEX where you could trade by any contact address is EtherDelta.

If you need liquidity, I could recommend you both Kucoin and Binance. Both are for tokens/coins in Top 200.

OP question is way too general. There are a lot of ERC20 exchanges, some of them centralized and the rest is decentralized. It doesn't make any sense if we recommend some top exchanges if, in the end, OP can't trade here because the exchange doesn't have any market for that.

Anyway, FD, ED or IDEX is pretty reliable for DEX and I'm sure you can trade any ERC20 tokens on FD or ED (Tokenjar too).

For me there are many best exchange on which I can used in, those are belongs to top 10 exchange site platform,
such as follows: Kucoin, Idax, Coinbene, Binance, Lbank, Okex, Houbie and Bitfinex, these are proven and tested to me already.

Just name your token first,then only you can find which exchanges those tokens were traded and some of the toekns will never get listed on exchanges so you are holding a useless toekn.

I think you can trade your tokens in almost all the exchange and some p2p exchange like etherdelta and forkdelter can be used for tokens trading. Other exchanges like binance, bittrex, cryptopia, poloniex also allowed tokens trade. Etherdelta.com and forkdelta.com . both are good for erc20 and altcoins because they list almost new coins that you can found on an ico .
