Can you tell us roughly how much you sent to the mixer?

It's unlikely that a mixer would make off with your money if it's a low amount, but there have been examples where Bitcoin mixers have exit scammed when a juicy deposit is made.

Pretty sure SmartMixer exit scammed when something like $50,000 was deposited, so the threshold could be a lot lower for an unknown mixer like the one you used.

Next time just use Wasabi wallet.

Their landing page is a copy of the former coinmixer.se, they've changed a couple of names and colours but it's basically the same. The site is most likely a scam, I'm sorry that you've lost your coins.

----

Addresses for mixers should be unique per session, altough maybe some mixer has a different system. Nevertheless, seen how the site is a copy of a former mixer, it's most likely a scam site

There is a link on their website, that should redirect to bitcointalk and "a thread" about their service.
Well https://bitcointalk.org/ you get home page.

There is any info on google about their service, nor a review or anything else.
How did you find them?

A noob question, but it's normal that the address for mixing service have been already used in the past?

Maybe there are minimum limits for the single address or you have used multiple output addresses which increase the service fee? Btw, are you sure, the incoming transaction was confirmed on the network? If you have the Letter of Guarantee, then it wouldn't be hard to prove the order. How long did you contact them with email? They don't have ANN thread on the forum but this is another contact information besides mail: BM-2cVY2Cf95gYutb8J8uVsg1GJWxPwwv5YpN of mixer with Bitmessage.

Hi folks,

Yesterday I sent some coins to thebitcoinmixer.org service.
The exact amount is gone, many confirmations by the network, but the mixer does not detect the transaction and I don't see anything incoming on my destination wallet...
Obviously I've kept my guaranteeletter with the permanent link of on going transaction but I can't goingto the validation step.

I tried to join them by protonmail and BM but still nothing

Does anyone know thebitcoinmixer.org?

Thanks for your help!
