well what did you expect from scammers?
almost all of the ICOs created have been scams or at the very least a garbage token created to make some quick buck for their creators. you can't really expect them run a good bounty campaign and be honorable people.
it is the same with ICO, IEO, STO, and nowadays DEFI. you can't really complain when you are treated badly or even in some cases not paid.
95% ICO turned out to be scam, including all others mentioned to be scam. The projects can be real scam or are only wolf of wall street, pumping and dumping a projecting in a way for most investors to lose after they (scammers) take the gain. About the issue of Defi, it has been also a project that helped real developers while it can favour other investors but most of the time will not favour. The last thing I can never even think of is to invest on any Defi project. I have seen my friends gaining and losing. That is why some people will still always invest on it and lose.
I read on a news about one man saying Defi is going to still have value than bitcoin in the next 5 years, please how is that possible, but only just a way to decoy fools and novices to invest in such projects. How can Defi projects have a marketcap more than bitcoin in the next 5 years. It is not possible but a scam speech to lure novices to invest o the defi project.
Recently, I also read about an exit scam which is a Defi project that was even legitimized by Tron. We need to be careful of these projects.
Tron’s primary DeFi project whitelisted what looks like a scam.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/tron-legitimized-a-project-before-it-pulled-an-exit-scam-community-saysThe Tron (TRX) community is accusing the Just Foundation of whitelisting a “DeFi project” that eventually pulled an exit scam, pocketing about $2 million in TRX tokens. According to a post on Tron’s subreddit, the foundation created a token whitelist for its Uniswap clone, JustSwap, to curb instances of fraudulent tokens and projects. The project in question, Tron Supernode, can still be found in the whitelist, even though the website has been completely deactivated as the community reported that withdrawals were disabled.
