No, you don't understand. Even though the last person to deposit wins, every deposit resets the timer. Your only time frame to aim for is when everybody else is offline and not paying attention. Anyway, the website is up and running. I'm looking for testers before I release it. PM me.
Is it on the testnet or the main net? I'd be willing to do a couple of tests with testnet coins, but i wouldn't want to throw real BTC to a domain with no trust (no offence)...
It is on the main. If you'd like I can set the BTC address to your own so you can still test it but you'd be sending the coins to yourself.

I'll be announcing the name and link of the site soon. You would have to use your own BTC but I can set it to your own address to if you'd like. To test the server we need one payment under the minimum BTC to send and one on the minimum including fees and one over it. So one 500 bits, 1,000 bits (including your wallet fees) and finally 1,500 bits. Yesterday we tried testing it with 1,000 bits but the confirmation took around 5-6 hours and the game ended without any deposits and the server crashed. It's fixed now though I believe.
Also what make you think that its Bitcoin counterpart will be more successful?

The good idea behind Ethereum is he could make it provably fair through contracts, but simply not enough people gamble ETH. So I'm hoping since BTC is easier to obtain and use I will reach a larger audience. The advertising and promoting is going to be extremely difficult though.
