I am very glad I found this forum. I didn't know it before, and although English is not my native language, I'll explore it day by day and will do it very carefully.

Everyone is looking for benefits at first, and I want to ask local guru for site (sites), where I can exchange rubles and bitcoins with the least prices.
In Russia we usually use 3 types of money sources: Visa/Mastercard card, Qiwi (the largest russian electronic aggregator) and Yandex Money (about the same as Qiwi).
By now the cheapest exchange site I know (except, of cource, btc-e.com) is localbitcoins.com.
What can you say? Do you know more profitable site?
