This problem has never really disappeared and has gotten worst since I've enable smooth scrolling in firefox.
I did all tweaks at above link again but nothing improved..
I'm mining with CGminer.

oh ok, i've only seen that when launching some really old games not on a regular basis so i was curious what would cause it 100 times
