I don't know if there is a premade list of perma-bannable offences, but i guess it would contain following infractions:
- copy/pasting content
- ban evasion
- spamming (i think a spammer gets 3 temp-bans before he/she receives a perma-ban)
- doxxing the admin

I understand what you say. But we're talking about why he's banned. You can look through his profile. just a hunter. Besides, he does not participate in any other activities
