One thing be say we go still blame the government because dem no dey try.But no be dat kind extent wey person go go thief con say na the government tell am to go thief.Everybody know the way the country tight,dat one no mean say citizen go dey engage for illegal business con dey blame the government.Nai make we see say pipo dey go learn handwork so dat dem go fit use hold their side.Even dis unemployment wey dem dey use blame the government sef we don hear from the government workers,I hear one civil servant dey tell person say for about 2 months she neva receive her salary,so we don see say even person wey no get patience no fit work for the government before month go end some government workers wey na only that one be their source don owe gbese.Nai make dem say currently for Naija na handwork pipo dey use hold their side, because pipo wey get handwork dey work their money on a daily,dem no dey wait till month end.

Funny how we dey blame government and no change yet to show say no be our talk go change the country, although no one is perfect and even if we keep blaming the present government it will not change anything, even we wey dey talk about politicians no dey perfect cause even if any of us rule this country or become politician people will still comment bad and naso life dey. The best thing now is to work hard and avoid talking bad against the government cause them sef no care about the country. The simple truth be say if our government fit create opportunities for employment the economy for no dey like this and to be honest this country need a great change and e go take time no be only politicians or government go change the country alone but everybody must contribute value to the country before the country better

Determination is the key to success my dear, firstly is to zero your mind that you must start that meaningful thing, presently, you might not have the money, but the day you decide that there's no going back on that bright idea of yours, if your idea is very sound, you'll see who you can convince to support your dreams. I've heard countless testimonies of people who succeeded from having no funds,  they only didn't have funds, but they had something which others may not have.

Some time development no dey for government hand and most cases and collective efforts the bring development,  but this days now,  people have become lazy to the point say some of them were even done born children full for house misbehaving and even still blame the govegovernmentngng do tire many of us,  were know as things dey go for the society.

The country is so hard that even for citizen to think may not be that easy. Although most of this problem comes from our leaders because there are some basic amenities that if government has provide may help to increase the chances of citizens being more successful. But here, we suffer for almost everything, electricity no dey, bad road everywhere and many more. This factors may even hinder someone from establish on his own. But nevertheless, we can still help to improve things if we stop corruption among ourselves.

Most of the things we are facing currently in the country we are the cause of it because even among how self we are wicked talk more of what the government is doing to us but their is nothing we can do. We are the government if their was unite amongst our selfs then their is no way the government can fuck with us but everybody is acting like they don't care. Just labour see what they did after everything going on they are not taking any action and I know they have Greece their palms so they can not even defend anything again. If the person is not qualified or his not performing why not sack the person and give the job to people that will work instead of patching things on that position.

The question is, who chose the governments, if not we, and because we have opted to make it a no man's business, we will continue to suffer at their hands because the agony the government is inflicting on people is getting too great, adopting policies that are not in favor of the poor. People are struggling to survive, and the government is making it worse. Even the so-called middle class no longer distinguishes itself from the survivalists.

Wetin you talk Sha make sense, but the government as well dey add to our issues. This country dey turn something else, were we dey try our best to make that small earning wey we dey get, the cost of thing e dey skyrocket. At this point is either you're poor or you are rich, with this economy I nor see where middle class fall enter.

Don't forget that nothing last forever in this world, some of the developed countries you are hearing around the world today have some bad politicians like our country but they planned their bad politicians well by eliminated those bad ones to allow their countries to move forward, which the time for such thing to happen to our country is very near. If they like let them bother about the citizens or not but some of them that understand politics very well knew that things are changing for the game to be over to our bad politicians.

Well, I still have hope say one day e go better for Nigeria to b among d country other foreigner go dey come Live to feel our economy and other amenities in the country. I no say many things don go wrong in our country by d bad politicians wey dey rule us like goats, it will soon turn to d favour of d masses to deal with dem like goat too.

The misbehaviour of our people is not caused by politicians it's caused by our character,the only aspect we can blame our politicians is the aspect whereby they don't make a provision for job opportunities and dem they only like to enriched only themselves, and make the course of living to be expensive for others, so that is the way people do act this time around and especially the strong politicians, but people character change and the will name it politicians and people will thief they will still blame politicians so I w don't know the one we can believe and that makes people to feel bias sometimes

The truth is just what you have stated we are always optimistic about what the government will do nothing considering the failed promises and discover way if overcoming challenges. We wait until things become worst where blame will be inevitable that that when we seek solution even as that point many don't even think on how to proceed solution to their situation but put everything in blaming others. There is one friend I have graduate but see some hustle as hard labour but always begged for change from people his elderly to reducing himself to nothing. The only thing be say as we dey blame the government if at all they fit change make we also dey hustle on our own make we no perish in poverty at least e get small businesses or opportunity make we dey use am hold body till any time the government remember us.

I know say our politicians no good or and the kind of politics we Dey practice for we nation under this democratic watin I no know is one of the worst kind in the world but, an even more worst thing we go do to ourselves na to forget watin we got Dey help ourselves archive in search for the easy way out.
So many people don get to give themselves up to the world because, them just concentrate on the government to be the source and solution to them issues. If government no con provide solution as them no Dey do so, na em be say life don end for them. Na so e just be but that na big mistake.

      It's quite understandable that  some situations we are in isn't always the citizen's fault. It's even safer to put the blame on the government than on ourselves. We voted them into thee seats they're occupying so they have the task to perform right. Nigerian politics have decline and most times, the citizens don't always get the leaders they want for themselves, this is another reason as to why the blame is on politics.
     For me it's very much right to do so. We want things to be right but our politicians doesn't, they're always greedy and corrupt. There's no iota of selflessness in them. The country has been through a lot of sharade already yet still they don't still act considerate. So many rights made by the citizens have been turned to wrongs, this way there can't be a forge ahead. There just needs to be a correction of these errors first before positivity can set in. So i don't necessarily see danger in putting the greater percentage of blame for our backwardness on our style of politics and democracy too.

You're wrong mate, we are not the cause of the problems we are suffering from today. Most of us are, you cannot generalize the faults of some Nigerians to be for all, no!! It doesn't work that way. Already I have always been saying it that we are the author of our problems in this country like me I don't blame any politicians or government for what we are experiencing now because we actually brought this problems to ourselves regardless of the fact that our government also contributed to this disaster because I see no reason why some groups of person will see something that is bad but due to the fact that they have been compromised, they now see the evil our politicians and government are doing as good things in their own eyes. The earlier we stop being compromise by these selfish individuals that doesn't have the well being of you and I in their heart, the better it will be for all of us.

The government can not give you everything you want, by now we suppose don dey use to the government wey we get. The kind of government wey we get wey no care should be motivation for us to do anything we dey well. We naija people we are blessed and anything wey most of us dey do we dey do ajm well even without the government.  If we keep on waiting for the government we can end up not doing anything which will be a waste of time. So many Nigerians don succeed better without waiting for the government.

Success permits no excuses and failure permits lots of alibis, anyone who intends being successful in today's world would take advantage of any situation, convert it to his/her advantage and chase his or her goals relentlessly. The moment you start looking for excuses to neglect your duty, then you've started giving chance for an alibi which draws you nearer to failure.
The country is bad, yes, but if you look closely, you'll see some loop holes that you can take advantage of and make good living. Let me sight the smallest example. Dollar is now almost #1200, we're paid in BTC here which has its worth calculated in dollar at exchanges, the dollar is going high, but when we change it to Naira, we make more money. At this point, we should be looking for more hustle that can pay us in foreign currencies that are far valuable than Naira, so when we convert it, we're gaining from the failed economy.

There are many other ways like going into the villages and getting foodstuffs at a cheaper rate, come to cities and sell at normal price, giving you good gains. The politicians have failed us, but if you look closely, you'll see that there are many loop holes that you can benefit from, only if you quit  giving excuses and take responsibility of your success and survival.

I Don observe this your matter and I think say you get point there because for this our country now if anybody wey talk say na because of politicians him dey steal and na because of our government na E make she dey do olosho or hook up na lie, in fact na big lie sef, how can you go and steal when you see your mate dey learn handwork and after doing freedom they become man of themselves, and for a girl waiting she dey do wey her mate dey learn hair dressers and tailoring with all this fashion work? our bad governance can not over emphasise, we are dealing with a government that has zero plans for it citizens, but at a point in time in our life when we should know what is good for us, many are scared of starting little help yourself in the way you can learn new things, skills and ideas and let what ever the government may have to offer be a plus to what you already have.

Sometimes I wonder, if it was possible to make our country a little bit easier to live in, why haven't we? Government dey wrong the people, the people dey wrong themselves. I find it to be weird when a citizen of a country complains or blames the government for his or her crime committed without finding ways to hustle and better em life in a legit way by being self-employed. We can't wait or let government do everything for us via creating employment for everyone of us cos we plenty for this country. The FG go do the ones they can, we as a citizen go do the rest to feed and create employment for ourselves.

Government don make every youth in the country to mind their business and many of them e no dey think of government work again. How will someone start something meaningful without money or how will someone learn handwork without money, I see so many reasons to blame our politicians and leadears. If our politicians wants the people to stop talking about there failure to rule us properly. Government should create jobs, empowerment for youths, reduction of school fees because in Nigeria now ehh who no get money no fit go school ohh, and the most important one is reduction of food price because our politicians or leaders know what to do concerning inflation, people now eat one square meal a day just because no money to afford three square meal and seeing little  children suffering from kwashiorkor annoys me

And there r two major things government supposed do for the citizens and if any government fail to do dem, di citizens go suffer and these things are: 1. Welfare of the citizens and 2. Security of the citizens and any other functions of the government is under these two. And government provide these two things for the citizens and failure to do so, must receive the blame. And Nigerian Government fall woefully to provide these things so they are to blame all the calamities happening any Nigerian. As for me I dey blame the government for everything about the citizens. Do you know that the money you are looking for, a politician in your state has them for like 4 building full with money and he is not spending them for the fear of arrest so he just keep them there to be spoiled. Just tell me your state allocation and the projects the government has used the money for. Even Rivers State that Wike did massive works is nothing. But why not blame their colonizers. Burkina Faso, Mali or Niger did blame France. They are kicking out France from their country. They had it and they are fed up already.

Good governance start from individual, local government, state government and upto federal level but when you check all this sections, everybody dy contribute to the bad governance of the country in one way or the other, we don't help the country but we're always quick to jump on any government officials for any of their mistakes but meanwhile, we don't do what is necessary for good governance. Individual case: Corruption eradication start from individual, from home to home, from work place to work place but not everyone that is ready for this discussion. Take a look at Nafdac and organic creams has been trending over some weeks now. There is this guy that has been calling out entrepreneurs that sell product without properly registered With Nafdac. Checking most of tbe nigeria start up that are into sell of consumable goods don't register their products, they are not tested and verified for the public use but entrepreneurs go behind to put these products on shelf for sales, even brand influences collect money to advertise these products. This is how we are doing our self, nobody want to follow due process anymore, they want shortcut which is illegal and illegal process is a crime which people need to put to stop.

Local government: If you know the numbers of ghost workers that are registered on monthly payroll without going to work sometimes even exceed the real employed workers under the local government, they are been paid by the government and the don't show for work, we plenty of them accross 774 local government we have in this country but when they hear that minister embezzle money, they are the ones that do quick to react to news forgotten that they are also bad of the bad governance. Money that was supposed to be use for development of local areas are been siphon between them and they will cry later that the government don't support the local areas.

State Government: The state government are not different from the local government in money mismanagement. However, the corrupt under the state government exceed what happened in local government, they have ghost workers that don't show up at work, some of them work with the state government and also work with the local government and under the law, you are not allow to work under the two levels of government, you have to chose one but there are people that chose more than one. In addition, there is high rate of project fund mismanagement but people will close eyes on them because they are guilty of sharing the money among them.

Federal government: The federal government by looking at them looks clean but are more bigger in corruption and embezzlement, jobs that are supposed to be given out by merit are sold for applicants in huge amount, mismanagement of funds and hate to take accountability of stolen funds.

If all the levels of government are this bad, I don't see the legislators, judiciary and executives doing the right thing for the country, let the change start from individual, when everyone is ready for the right path, everything will fall under good path.

I understand your perspective that it's important to acknowledge that we can't solely blame politicians and the government for our difficulties in this country. However, it is also fair to hold them responsible to some extent. In Nigeria, for example, the government has not provided adequate basic amenities, there are several challenges such as high unemployment and various other shortcomings. These issues have made it particularly challenging for the people expecialy the young people to achieve their dreams and goals. I normally say Naija government no get plans for the youth, so I advise we the youth strive hard and go extra mile to achieve our goals.

Nigerians are naturally 'others blamer', we dey hardly take responsibility for wetin we do and this na so e be dat's why e dey very common for you to dey see we dey blame others for wetin we do to ourselves. Even though the government dem been dey do very well, we for find way still blame dem too as dem dey make us too comfortable for be the talk wey we for they talk. Inside this country wey we dey complain so na so others dey succeed. We dun ask ourselves if those people wey dey make am get two head, we need to stop to dey blame blame people and focus on how we go make am from this rat race wey we dey like dis so.


This one na general knowledge and doing this no mean say things go better for you, na just wetin you supposed do as a normal human being. Without planning as a human being, you dun plain rubbish for your life be dat na. One place wey Nigerians still dey get am wrong na family planning, we no been sabi dat one that's why we dey born born full everywhere but thank God say the new generation of families dun dey get sense dey born only children wey dem sure say dem go fit take care of. There are more legit hustlers den scammers in the country but just dat Nigeria we sabi loud everything wey we dey do and that's why e come dey belike say na we bad pass meanwhile we no reach others when it comes to all dis illegal things and one thing wey we need to know na say, Scamming is evil as you dey make another human being cry before you for chop, e no make sense.

If we don't blame the politicians who will we blame ? Is it you or myself ? The truth is bitter and it remains the fact. Our leaders are the cause of this bad economy that we are experiencing because they don't care about us,but only themselves and they only implement what they will benefit from only and not the masses. Nigeria leaders has done a big harm to our economy and it might take a very long time to build it back or never. We voted and our votes don't count. We needed a good leader and INEC chairman gave us his own leader. Bro why we no go blame leaders. The president from Obasanjo till date are borrowing money from foreign countries all in the name of Nigeria but at the end this money wouldn't be used for the purpose but for their selfish desires.

Nigerians are hardworking and tolerant, if not these country wouldn't be a happy place for everyone. If it is in the second world country all these dubious acts would have been put to stop by the citizens. The youths are peaceful and hardworking people who out of nothing creates something for themselves to survive with the harsh weather. It is normal to complain about the hardship but have you seen anyone that is eating without working in these our present days. No

While we dey blame politicians and government, we still need to dey strive to do something. Yes it is not easy when the government no even create anything for youth to start with but we still no need to give up. The internet don help the youth no be small because if no be am hmmm the cry for too much. Nigerian youths self dey join old people dey tribalistic instead of facing the reality, you go still see a youth wey go tell you say the people wey dey power now be the best just because they are from the same ethnic group.

If anything goes wrong in this country we go blame them, they are responsible for it, you say make we no blame government and politicians the way things take dey hard for this country now do we suppose blame ourselves, with this fuel subsidy now who do you think we should blame? Things begin they cost every single day, forget about olosho or person wey dey thief, even person wey dey earn salary monthly this country don tired am, imagine you wey they buy things at low prices and you go there tomorrow you see say price don go up how you think them go feel, even person wey dey earn salary in a month no be all of them fit chop like 3 time in a days for this country again. If na my country wey i know, no matter what if things continue going wrong we go still blame politicians and government.

I disprove that fact of laziness. Nigerian are not lazy, dey are trying there best and it's as if dey are not moving atol. The worst thing that can happen to you is when you are struggling to stand and you find yourself sitting in that same position.

All this thing you talk here na true but I still put it to you that our government is the cause of it.

The truth be say any government way fails to take responsibilities of their citizens as a primary priority on governance dey let the cats out from the bags and also waking up the sleeping dogs way supposed dey sleep.
Normally government governing systems dey give vibes of inspirations. If your government too, it gives you you positive vibes and reduces negative ideas but if your government bad, it breeds and nurtures negative ideas.

But my advice to people be say whether the government good or not, make you yourself just think good and practice good vibes to profile yourself positive income because government way no good no send you so you owe yourself how you want your life to be.

As a citizen of a country, there are lots of basic things way government to suppose set in place, for citizens to strive.
1: ELECTRICITY.
Government supposed generate electricity for SMEs and multinational Business to grow, if MTN tell you how much them dey waste on top diesel because there is no sustainable electricity u go shock.  If that your hair Babber tell you how much him dey waste on fuel everyday, because say light no dey, u go shout. Now ask yourself how much dem dey gain.

2: UNEMPLOYMENT AND UNDEREMPLOYMENT.
I believe say, this particular matter we can all relate.
Person go spend years for school, when him finish him go come still go service and come back,  yet no job. Job way person go try see, them go wan under pay the person.  Because say industries no dey, to employ, Government no wan even hear anything about youth empowerment and growth. Meanwhile for other country, once you no get work, e get social support system way go dey pay till you find job.

Guy make I stop here, because If say make i list the problems way government don put people, we no go finish am. So brother no blame us say we dey always call government, because na them dey incharge of our money to use run the system.

We blame our politicians, because the system is very porous and corrupt, it requires to be sanitized, do you know that in the developed world, there crime rate is limited because peoples mind is occupied with innovation, and almost everyone have something doing and they earn money from whatever they do, no matter how small, but in this country the story is different, yes I agree that most person are lazy both in thinking and the practical aspect of life, the fact is, the government of this great nation has failed to manage the resources of this nation well, that's why you see hardship everywhere, when you talk about people meeting up their goals here, it is information, my question is how many people are privilege to get the right information from the right people, they are few, so achieving your goals here in Nigeria is not easy, but hustling tight is not a bad idea.

I take eye observe say we dey feel too comfortable blaming everything for we country on politicians. Person go thief, them catch am, him go blame politician and government wey no provide job. Fine girl go leave to learn handwork go dey do olosho and at the end, she go blame politicians and government. Even some papa them wey born full house when them no get work still dey blame politicians and government. Before now me self follow for this habit but recently, something just touch my mind say e be like that pattern no make sense at all. E dey make people lazy and irresponsible!

Even though our politicians and government no too try, that one no mean say them go chop blame for every bad thing wey happen and even wrong decision and choices people make. Even inside this our country wey no keep face well, e get people wey still dey meet up for their dreams so make we dey try to adjust and push on.

Some of the way we fit dey push forward for our country now na :
1. Planning well with our resources and time
2. Finding something legit and giving it your very best
3. No shame to hustle even if it means starting small.
