I believe the OP was right about people wishing they should have sell their holding back in the last year which was the all time high season but when he said he wonder if there will be a time when you say you should bought more this current market is the right time for that.
I have this idea because I joined the market last year, but I was more focused on the bounty activities at the time, and regret did not bring any benefits to me, so I no longer complain about what happened in the past!

Trust me mate, it is how things get to end up in the end. People will always have regret or the other, because they simply could not use their brain to detect an opportunity and then take advantage of it.
