Over the years bitcoin had always reacted to news and whenever it recovers it goes beyond the previous value benchmark to break another record. Every dump in price is an advantage for some to quickly acquire more for the next rise. Spend more time with it to understand more but sometimes its an advantage. bitcoin cant ever have this stable price, never.
It has been practice by all the traders of Bitcoin which they take advantage of always, the problem here is most of the corrections are being abused by big players which they don't show mercy if they offload their position for profit taking, this shows us the disadvantage of being a decentralized currency as the one who has a big position is the one who can decide the flow of the market. The plays of the players added by the catalyst brought by the news will create a devastating panic selling for the other traders.

It will be scary if this happen but I think it won’t. Bitcoin has the highest potential among cryptocurrency, in fact it is the biggest among others. It is not the death of bitcoin, I think it is just the beginning of its success.

I doubt Bitcoin will go anywhere near 100$, the lowest I saw was BTC reaching 3000USD and then it started going up again right now the price is on 3.8k$, might drop but I am sure it will be stable and going back up with time Bitcoin is immortal.

Oh no $100 per bitcoin? I'ma put my savings there  Grin.
There is now way we can achieve $100 per bitcoin, as long as there is no major problems I don't think we will reach that point. And also Bitcoin is continuously accepted worldwide so we won't see $100 per bitcoin anytime soon.
Indeed the price has decreased in an unexpected way and the downfall is not over yet but it is impossible that bitcoins will become worth one hundred dollars only. I am not an expert but anyone of us can at least tell this with certainty. The users have increased by so far and most of them will stick with bitcoins.

I'm sure bitcoin prices will not reach $ 100, this is a temporary trend because many users panic in china, of course chinese users are preparing everything to re-invest bitcoin.
Yes i agree with you, if bitcoins will be death due to the bans ICOs, bitcoins, exchangers bitcoins on Chinese government, it will happen couples years ago, many Times the government of China banned usage of bitcoins but until today bitcoins is still alive around the world even on the Chinese people them selves and many people adopt bitcoins on their portofolio of investment, the panic selling is just short the price will be back again.

Is this the beginning of the death of Bitcoin? Well, the topic is now resurrecting again now that Bitcoin just experienced one of the biggest bloodbaths ever in its trading history. And this the trend right now for the whole cryptocurrency market...we are seeing waves of red all over.

No wonder the FUD community is now having a fiesta...they think that this can be the start of the end of the world...I mean the end of Bitcoin and that it can crashed soon towards the $100 price.

Are they kidding me?
I know the basic your opinions and prediction bitcoins will be die because of the bitcoin's price went down more than $500 in one day, i could understood about that, you are in fear because of the fluctuation of bitcoin's price then made prediction about bitcoins will be died soon, in all of instrument of investment the fluctuating of price is needed because it will gives us chance to purchase cheap bitcoins and you know bitcoin's price will goes up again.

I am new to this forum and to bitcoin and I am not even worried about this latest panic in the market. I have confidence bitcoin has the strength and support to grow into the future
Bitcoin is going down in price and it is obvious that the threads about bitcoin dying are going to make a comeback too but that is the way it is when bitcoin is going up and everything is fine those threads do not appear because no one is worried but in these times is when we get all types of FUD.

from which angle do you rate bitcoin? Bitcoin will not die only by speculation. Bitcoin will die if there is no longer a market that receives it. The rise and fall in bitcoin prices are familiar, and I'm not worried about this. All you have to worry about is "have you bought bitcoin today". Holding bitcoin is a future asset.

I mean the end of Bitcoin and that it can crashed soon towards the $100 price.

Are they kidding me?

If the price did drop to $100 how long do you think it would take to regenerate the amount of momentum and growth we've seen this year? I'd live $100 bitcoin....one more chance to average down the cost position!

The IMF would have egg on their face for telling banks to heavily invest in Crypto

Call it a fantasy but I really hope bitcoin takes a 5 year low dive. Not just a spike but a prolonged trend. So some people like me can get something out of it.

Anyone who thinks this it's stupid to think that bitcoin will end suddenly, this is just Chinese fluctuations effecting the market. Today also Bitcoin price crashed to 4000$ but I feel this is a buying opportunity for all those who missed, every dip is a buying opportunity, I am buying and those who think that it will end will regret that they choose not to buy it. Every market has its up and down its a temporary phase, but I am sure Bitcoin will bounce up stronger and better.

nothing to worry about this crashed. If FIAT will crashed bitcoin will prevail. It's good news for traders if BTC will drop up to $2000. Perfect time to buy more BTC. Smiley

There's no enough reasons to tell that bitcoin will die soon. Bitcoin have been through all these kinds of situations in the past, but in the end, it is still alive. The biggest threat on bitcoin, in my opinion, was the hard forking that happened last August 1. Many bitcoin users, including miners and traders, were afraid of the worst thing that might happen to bitcoin that time - that it will drop to 50% of its value that time. But what did really happen? Bitcoin cash was created from bitcoin, and the value of bitcoin increased to 100% (doubling its value).

I think, those who are saying that bitcoin will be gone soon are those people who are planning to create another crypto to compete with bitcoin, which I think is very far from reality to happen.

This really sounds impossible to happen because the price of bitcoin going up and down is only normal and bitcoin's price is very far from zero. All those news and rumors spreading may cause negative impact on bitcoin's price but it is highly unlikely that this will cause bitcoin to die.
Bitcoin has become growing since the price was over cheap. I agree for now the bitcoin will not happen to death because it still become stronger. Also many use of bitcoin until today it continues to grow and I believe in bitcoin that we can earn huge profit for a long term.

Lol we hit an ATH after this. So hilarious. Who do these people think they're fooling? I'm really not sad that I'm up 500% this year alone. I would honestly have been happy with 5-10% but that's not how bitcoins work at all at this time!

Yeah! Continue hitting thess rumormongers and FUD-spreading around here. I also noticed that every time there is a serious dip in BTC's price and FUD begins to spread like good news, and everyone is now effectively creating fears among investors, I mean small time investors, the price will break ATH right after.  Grin

Nothing lasts forever

This week has been tremendous for bitcoin users. We had seen many ups and downs in bitcoin's price and i am very sad to see that bitcoin has dropped down to the $4200 mark. Although we know that it is a temporary thing we don't know how long this wave is gonna be. I seriously dont know why people sell off their coins as soon as bitcoin reaches $4300. If they hold on to their coins it will soon reach $4500 within hours.
I hope that bitcoin recovers the drop and reaches its $4500 and $5000 targets respectively.
