When directly spamming yes I agree. When people refuse to actually interface about an issue and discuss it. Instead reply with an "I have to go back to work and I'm going to sie your ass" then delete all posts with valid points of discussion. Then they've cast themselves in a bad light.

They are very nazi like in how they approach trying to censor or minimize inconvenient information
Bad light or good light, deleting a post does not provide evidence that the antagonist argument is true
When the reason is because self moderated threads are too cowardly to face the truth head on to discuss it in an open format then yes. It is evidence that you are bringing up something they don't wish to deal with.
